I've found it to be a wonderful way to pull the team together and publicly acknowledge everyone's hard work and contributions.

Using it has been pretty simple. It walks me through each step and the alerts always arrive quickly. It's genuinely comforting and inviting to have a place where I can simply say "Thank you" to a teammate. We all need a little encouragement sometimes and you never know how one sincere thank-you might change someone's day today.

When life gets hectic, this software lets you thank everyone even if you can't do it face-to-face. I really appreciate how it makes me feel valued and shows that our efforts are recognized.

I wish there were more incentives for teams like awarding a tangible prize to the people who receive the most shout-outs. It would make the system more exciting and competitive. Just throwing this out as a suggestion to add a little extra fun.

I like that I can both give money as rewards and then spend money myself too.

Not sure but the store seems to lack many of the items I actually want.

Pros

It gives us a fun space to shout out a co-worker and I genuinely enjoy both giving and getting praise there. It also helps our team keep track of the gift fund through the end of each month. Even a one dollar gift makes people smile and I find it simple to cash out.

Sometimes I wish the app let me schedule a 'Thanks' in advance. For instance I'd like to be able to plan a thank-you to arrive automatically on a coworker's anniversary or birthday when I remember so I don't have to rely on remembering the exact day.

I've never come across software I've actually enjoyed using as much as this. It's really user-friendly and I particularly appreciate the reminders as they make staying on top of things so much easier.
