This is a solid platform to highlight recognition, motivation, gratitude and much more.

Cons

I often feel it's impossible to thank every coworker who contributes to our team's success and I worry that by spotlighting only a handful of people, we might unintentionally demotivate other committed performers. It's all too simple to overlook one or more team members, either by accident or because of system limitations.

Pros

There's a real sense of camaraderie among coworkers and I feel it creates a wonderful working environment.

What annoys me is that it's only accessible through a link inside the ADP app which feels clunky and inconvenient to use.

I like that I can clearly see the company's hierarchy along with each team member's personality type.

Unfortunately birthdays and anniversaries are grouped into the same tier so my 25th anniversary was overshadowed by all the birthdays that month. Only two people congratulated me on such a milestone and I felt disappointed and demotivated.

As someone who values recognition, I find this product fantastic for organizational recognition and expressing gratitude. I absolutely love it!

I'd love it if similar praise resulted in a badge or some kind of accolade.
