Pros

I first came across Mygate while visiting my cousin’s gated community. Their entry process was smooth, and residents were paying maintenance directly via the app. I convinced my RWA to try a demo, and within a week, we signed up. Cons

Although the tool is easy to use, it is dependent on residents regularly using the app for repair requests. Also, I think additional advanced tools for complex maintenance could be useful in the future.
