Pros

NetSuite gave our company the ERP infrastructure we needed to modernize our systems and better support a growing business.

Cons

Getting it up and running at the beginning was fairly challenging and took a lot of time and we also ended up needing extra training afterward.

Pros

It has been very user friendly in my experience and it's easy to train other team members on. I have gone through three separate NetSuite implementations across three different organizations and it has worked well each time.

Cons

Customer support can be inconsistent at times. If you need more in-depth help, you usually have to pay extra for it as otherwise, you're limited to working through the ticketing system.
