“Great flexibility with limited saved search controls
Pros
I really appreciate the flexibility, user interface and how user-friendly it is. It adapts well to my needs which makes it easier to use and manage.
Cons
there are a few limitations. For example, when it comes to saved searches, we can't make them so that everyone can view them but only a few can edit them. Also I am not sure how time is calculated!

“best for reporting
Pros
One of the best things about it is how most of my work and reporting info is all in one place. It saves me a lot of time and effort, keeping everything organized and easily accessible.
Cons
Customizing it to meet our specific business needs can be tricky.

“perfect for enterprises with outdated design
Pros
it is truly an enterprise system...it's perfect for big enterprises like ours. It helps manage everything under one roof, making business operations run smoothly.
Cons
design feels bulky and outdated. the data dictionary is confusing and it's slow.

“Amazing for financial statements
Pros
I love how it compiles everything into financial statements, making the accounting process way easier to understand and follow. It's such a relief to have it all laid out clearly.
Cons
There are parts where adding custom fields and making them as important as something like customer info just is not possible. For example, we lease trucks and tracking by VIN is huge for us. We can't go into a specific VIN and see everything that's happened to it, like I could with a customer. It would be much easier if we could create fields with their own forms and tracking across the system. It's been a battle trying to make that happen but once it was running... it worked. It can be tough to get used to new processes.

It's ease of use and unified database make it so much easier for me to handle English language queries. It's like having one reliable source of truth and that's super convenient for my work.
Cons
I think the technical requirements for it could be simplified. The initial setup was pretty challenging for some of our divisions.

What I really love about it is its ability to report on and search all the data points. It gives us so much flexibility to meet our company's needs. It's like a one-stop shop for managing our consulting firm which is super helpful. Plus its easy to use and customizable, fitting how our business operates.
Cons
I wish there was some AI assistance to help with customizations, saved search criteria, formulas and scripting.

“everything at one place
Pros
one of my favorite things about it is that everything is integrated into one system. It makes it easy to customize reports and organize the important details. It's interactive which means I can tailor everything to fit my experience with the platform.
Cons
sometimes, the reports are not as customizable as I'd like. For example, I can't run a consolidated trial balance by subsidiary for the audit period. Plus custom fields can't be used for financial reporting. Since both it and Suite Projects Pro are Oracle products, I expected them to work better together but they feel like two completely separate systems.

Pros
Super user friendly and what I love most is how customizable it is. It really lets me tailor things to fit my needs.
Cons
I really don't like the revenue recognition module. It has too many steps and making modifications is not easy especially once the journal entry (JE) has been posted.

i appreciate how it holds everyone accountable in their roles. It does a fantastic job managing permissions for different employee roles, making sure that everyone is clear on what they can and can't do.
Cons

“Highly customizable with complicated configuration

The ability to fully customize the system to match our business needs is a huge plus for me. It really helps aligns our operations.
Cons
Configuring it can be complicated. A big challenge is the inability to switch item types. Also, new modules and features are not always fully polished when they are released, so they can be buggy. The inbound shipments feature does not really help with importing or managing containers either.

Pros
my favorite features in it is the inventory detail. It shows the sales team the quantity of each item and its location which helps them write sales orders for the right company locations. this has been great for our customer service team too, as it ensures faster shipping times, making the whole process smoother.
Cons
Updating purchase prices is such a pain especially when there are multiple vendors involved.

“Smooth order tracking
Pros
I love that we can track all our orders in it. It works smoothly for our different departments to input their info. the integrations with our other portals make the process much easier since they are automated and all the orders merge into it for easy management.
Cons
I am still getting the hang of using it and honestly, understanding everything has been a bit complicated. we want to get better at tracking inventory, running reports and using it for projections but it's a lot to take in.

Its not only easy to use but also comprehensive. I really appreciate the detailed reports it generates, giving us a clear picture of our financial performance and product movement. It's also helped us a lot with inventory management using MinMax for reordering. the integration with FedEx and credit card processing is so smooth..it just works without any issues. Once we figured out how to use it, it really made everything else in our business much easier.
Cons
web store design in the site builder could be easier to use. Linking to pictures, PDFs and other info could be a lot smoother and that would really help make website design simpler.

i like being able to run consolidations and eliminations easily in it. It's also great to have a more powerful accounts payable and reporting platform that helps keep everything organized.
Cons
I think the banking module in it is pretty lacking especially when compared to other software like QuickBooks which we switched from. It has a steep learning curve and features like bank data matching and bank reconciliations could really use more automation. Plus the initial setup was a nightmare and we had to bring in a third party just to help implement the software.

the endless customization in it is amazing! I love that I can easily add custom fields and workflows to better suit different user groups. the saved searches are also a fantastic feature..they make finding what I need so much easier.
Cons
Sometimes... it's tough to figure out which workflow or script runs first. It would be awesome if i could see the run order.
