“Integrates well..”
Pros
It's easy to use, promotes teamwork, integrates well with other software applications and offers a great return on investment. And it's widely accepted in our industry.
Cons
It was a bit tricky to learn at first. Also the patches and upgrades can be expensive. And if you are thinking you can avoid the learning phase then you are wrong because you can't.

“Fusion ERP is good”
Pros
I really appreciate how it compacts all the transactions for our company. And once I enter data into the software, it gets added to all the other records automatically. Plus anyone with access can review it from anywhere which is very handy!
Cons
There's not much I dislike about Oracle ERP. It doesn't take too long to enter transactions at all and you pick it up quickly.

“Ideal for small businesses to handle finance”
Pros
The software was pretty user-friendly. I could scan and upload receipts, fill out data from dropdown boxes and even add text easily.
Cons
You can only add very little or limited characters to your text field which makes it hard for me to describe items fully at time. I also don't remember being able to edit dropdown fields which limits my options.

“A multi-module system”
Pros
Its multi-module system is the best! I can connect all the modules and create a solid business plan. Plus with its cloud services, I can access it anytime and from anywhere!
Cons
Fusion ERP programming is really sensitive. A tiny typo can lead to different results and getting it set up is not very simple or easy too.

“User-friendly with strict standards”
Pros
Ease of use is a big plus because even when working from home, I don't need to connect to a VPN. Secondly it allows reporting customization which is great, and the software updates with new changes in the law.
Cons
The timeout is way too short. I have to log in again a lot and the processing can take a while.

“Wonderful multi-module setup”
Pros
It's multi-module setup is excellent. It lets companies connect different stakeholders through separate modules with customized access levels. I can use it from anywhere over the internet and the real-time integration helps the business handle tasks more efficiently. Building reports is also very simple.
Cons
Having so many modules included in one suite can be confusing for employees who haven't been trained well. The security configuration also needs improvement and the server uptime is lower than it should be.

“Made WFH possible”
Pros
Working from home during the Covid-19 period became much more manageable because of its cloud services. On top of that, the middleware services are very useful since we run different ERP modules like Material Management, Apparel Management and Inventory Management and all three are interconnected and display results in a single window. That saves a lot of time and reduces the amount of human effort needed to control operations. Another big advantage is that creating new forms and reports based on organizational requirements is quite simple. From a security perspective, it also helps that we can assign limited access to external users such as suppliers, while giving customized access levels to company employees.
Cons
The cloud security setup takes quite a bit of time to configure. It is also very difficult to connect the system with a website. For example, when we need updated exchange rates, we have to integrate an API to pull live rates and that process is complicated enough that we often end up handling it manually instead.

“Feature-rich but cumbersome navigation”
Pros
It comes with a wide range of features that help you handle different tasks and do your work more effectively. Being able to export files to Microsoft Excel is especially useful since it gives you the flexibility to work with and adjust the data however you need. It also serves well as a system for purchasing and managing company inventory.
Cons
Getting around the software can be frustrating because navigation is often difficult and takes more time than it should. There are too many steps involved just to reach the correct page needed to complete a task. It would be much better if the interface were more user-friendly and let you move through the system faster which would save a lot of time.

“all-in-one cloud platform”
Pros
Oracle ERP Cloud brings a lot to the table for businesses. The biggest advantage is having all applications and different business units unified on a single platform. Its integration capabilities are very user-friendly and it also stays well connected with third-party applications. The system is simple to navigate and use so it doesn't take extensive training to get comfortable with it. Moving a business to ERP Cloud really shows how far technology has come over the last decade.
Cons
The cost of this platform can be high but it's absolutely worth the investment and can save a business a significant amount of money over time. Many platforms that used to depend on on-premises technology can now successfully run in the cloud.

“Slow speed”
Pros
Being browser-based is definitely a plus. Overall it has been helpful for keeping track of vacation time and handling other HR-related tasks.
Cons
It's extremely slow. Viewing a BOM in the browser can take around three times longer than it really should. There are also times when information doesn't save properly. Creating a requisition is very time-consuming and without templates, the process feels even more tedious. It still feels like very new software and it clearly needs a lot more work.

“Cuts down on manual work”
Pros
From a management and finance perspective, this software has been a huge help with expense organization and following the proper chain of command especially when it comes to approving large purchases. It tracks approvals all the way up through the highest levels of management which takes a lot of manual work out of the process. Previously, managers had to review lists one by one and approve every individual item themselves. Now the approval workflow is automated and it also connects with vendors to make purchasing more efficient while maintaining solid records for audit requirements.
Cons
The system is not very simple. At our institution, procurement training for Oracle had to be repeated several times so users could practice in the software and then ask follow-up questions about what different forms and buttons were actually meant to do. The interface is definitely not very user friendly and a lot of people have even asked whether their orders were successfully submitted because they could not locate them in the system after approving them.

“Reliable ERP for hospital supplies”
Pros
From handling supply orders in the hospital to supporting day-to-day ERP tasks oracle worked really well for us. I used it regularly in my role and overall it did everything we needed without issues.
Cons
One limitation was invoice posting since that couldn't be done in Oracle. Our accounts payable team had to rely on a separate system just to process invoices.

“Handles storage well”
Pros
One of the strongest parts of this ERP cloud is how conveniently it handles storage. In areas like Project Management, several team members can access the same data at the same time and work on it simultaneously which is very helpful. The interface is user-friendly as well and the Oracle team provided plenty of support throughout the implementation phase.
Cons
The main downside is the routine Java updates it needs. Also, when an entry is made incorrectly, the whole task often has to be redone which can be especially challenging in projects with many bill of materials and detailed project schedules.

“Amazing ease of use”
Pros
We found it quite user-friendly and it didn't take long to learn. I also really appreciated that Oracle sent trainers to show us how to use the system properly.
Cons
Overall oracle Cloud has been very solid from what I've seen. I mostly worked within the Accounts Payable module so I didn't get the chance to explore the other features, though I would have liked to.

“Powerful capital budget management”
Pros
Oracle 11i was a very capable system for handling a capital budget of $1.1 billion and that was only for one of the four regional capital budgets we managed.
Cons
My concerns weren't really about the software itself but more about how the company handled the consultants. The move from version 10 to 11i was necessary, yet it didn't fix the issues it was expected to address which came down more to company management decisions than the product.
