Decent but Expensive

Pros

I really like how strong and well-organized the automated business processes are.

Cons

Honestly it is tough when it comes to developing and scaling up. Plus it is very expensive and the running costs are super high too. And it is not the most user friendly software.

Reliable ERP software

Pros

This system is very powerful! The integrated modules let me use everything right within the system without any problem.

Cons

Oracle Fusion is not easy to use. There are way too many screens and fields when I need to submit a request which confuses me. And creating a change order isn't easy at all.

Comprehensive and user-friendly

Pros

We've got everything integrated into Oracle from HR to Finance, which means I can keep everything under control with just a click.

Cons

Sometimes, I have a hard time keeping up with all the new features. It's not that I dislike them but it can definitely take up a lot of time.

Oracle is nearly a perfect program

Pros

For entering orders and follow-ups, I think Oracle is the perfect program. It makes everything very and easy. Also navigating through Oracle is not difficult. Plus I find all the features excellent and easy to use.

Cons

There are moments when Fusion ERP feels a bit slow.

The most trustable cloud-based software in the market

Pros

Fusion is simply amazing! The way it integrates with smaller systems is great. Also I love how I can access each form in different ways and the forms can do so many things. Moreover the way Fusion does data management is praiseworthy!

Cons

I cannot think of many cons but one and that is the cost. It's definitely on the expensive side if you are planning to set it up. But once you do, you will not regret.

Pros

I really like the modular setup and how access is secured based on our department roles. It makes everything organized and safe.

Cons

Powerful ERP system

Pros

Oracle Fusion ERP is a really powerful ERP system! It integrates perfectly with other Oracle Fusion products like SCM, HCM and EPM. Plus I love that it has customizable reporting options through Oracle Transactions Business Intelligence which makes my job easier. Moreover, it comes with a ton of security and compliance features to keep our data safe which makes Fusion a reliable tool. I also appreciate that Oracle provides quarterly updates and is always working on improving the product and services.

Cons

It definitely takes some time to learn this software. Also it doesn't come with some of the standard reports you'd expect, so I have to make my own custom reports to get the important info I need. Plus the Business Intelligent Publisher (BIP) reports are tricky to create because they need some technical skills that not everyone knows how to handle.

For finance and inventory management, it is the best

Pros

This is the best software ever! It runs flawlessly and meets all our business needs for financial accounting and inventory management. It's vertically integrated with other business modules like asset management and accounts payable/receivable. In inventory management, it links with invoices and shows the status of goods received which helps us keep things running smoothly with our partners. Plus having remote cloud access is super convenient for getting reports whenever I need them.

Cons

The prices are higher compared to other apps out there. Some scenarios don't integrate well with other modules and I'd like to see more KPI levels and dashboard reports available.

Eliminate manual work

Pros

I love how user-friendly and simple Oracle Fusion software is. I also like the fact that I don't have to do much manual work for accounts payable which eventually allows me to save a ton of time!

Cons

I dont like that it can freeze up sometimes or just run slow.

Everything you need is available

Pros

Fusion ERP software works amazingly well for big global companies or any organization with complex supply chain needs. What I really like about ERP Fusion is that when you buy it, you do not have to get any extra financial software. Everything you need is available in one package.

Cons

It can take a bit of time to load things and honestly, the interface did not give the newest or shiniest feel. But it does get the job done for managing our finances.

Integrates well..

Pros

It's easy to use, promotes teamwork, integrates well with other software applications and offers a great return on investment. And it's widely accepted in our industry.

Cons

It was a bit tricky to learn at first. Also the patches and upgrades can be expensive. And if you are thinking you can avoid the learning phase then you are wrong because you can't.

Fusion ERP is good

Pros

I really appreciate how it compacts all the transactions for our company. And once I enter data into the software, it gets added to all the other records automatically. Plus anyone with access can review it from anywhere which is very handy!

Cons

There's not much I dislike about Oracle ERP. It doesn't take too long to enter transactions at all and you pick it up quickly.

Ideal for small businesses to handle finance

Pros

The software was pretty user-friendly. I could scan and upload receipts, fill out data from dropdown boxes and even add text easily.

Cons

You can only add very little or limited characters to your text field which makes it hard for me to describe items fully at time. I also don't remember being able to edit dropdown fields which limits my options.

A multi-module system

Pros

Its multi-module system is the best! I can connect all the modules and create a solid business plan. Plus with its cloud services, I can access it anytime and from anywhere!

Cons

Fusion ERP programming is really sensitive. A tiny typo can lead to different results and getting it set up is not very simple or easy too.

User-friendly with strict standards

Pros

Ease of use is a big plus because even when working from home, I don't need to connect to a VPN. Secondly it allows reporting customization which is great, and the software updates with new changes in the law.

Cons

The timeout is way too short. I have to log in again a lot and the processing can take a while.
