“Positive experience overall
Pros
Using it mainly for company expenses has been a really positive experience. The system is quite simple overall and most parts of it are easy to figure out and use without much trouble.
Cons
Navigation can be annoying. It is not always clear how to go back or move between sections and I sometimes end up lost when trying to get to the expense area or find where to update my payment account settings.

Pros
Keeping up with data was manageable thanks to correspondence features and regularly updated information. This product can offer quite a few valuable benefits overall.
Cons
It isn't very userfriendly when you're new to the system so getting around it can be challenging at first. That also makes it harder to learn yourself and more difficult to train new team members.

“Cooperative support team
Pros
Right from the start it has felt like a very user-friendly platform that delivers excellent value for the cost and fits small business needs really well. The customer support has also been excellent which makes a big difference when some team members need more time to get comfortable with the system and work through the learning curve.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't come across any actual downsides beyond a few personal preferences or minor pet peeves. Overall this app has been exactly what I needed when I needed it and I've been happy to recommend it to others looking for this kind of software.

“Doesnt let me sign in
Pros
If there were a way to give this zero stars, I would. A company I do freelance work for recently moved from Coupa to Oracle and honestly Coupa was already bad enough since it took nearly a month just to get logged in and access the system. Now it has been close to three weeks with Oracle and I still haven't even been able to sign in to submit an invoice and get paid. The whole setup is confusing, completely unfriendly to users and about as clear as mud. I'm extremely frustrated with the entire system. I even contacted the company that implemented it and the only thing they could do was help me find an alternative way to request payment. It's awful and I would not recommend it.
Cons
I haven't even been able to actually use the service because it won't let me sign in at all. Even the company using it has said their own employees are running into the same frustrations and problems and nobody seems to have any real answers.

Pros
Oracle Fusion covers a lot which makes it a strong option for growing companies or global organizations. It scales well as the business expands and manages multiple currencies and compliance requirements without creating much friction.
Cons
Without prior experience using Oracle products, there's definitely a learning curve at the beginning. Once you spend some time with the system and get familiar with how it works, it becomes much more manageable.

“Complete ERP platform
Pros
Oracle Fusion delivers a full ERP suite that acts as a central hub and platform, helping us replace a lot of manual work with automation. It offers a personalized, product-focused solution for predictive planning, forecasting, payables, receivables, invoicing, reconciliations and more, all while creating a more unified structure across the business.

“Powerful ERP system
Pros
Oracle Fusion ERP is a really powerful ERP system! It integrates perfectly with other Oracle Fusion products like SCM, HCM and EPM. Plus I love that it has customizable reporting options through Oracle Transactions Business Intelligence which makes my job easier. Moreover, it comes with a ton of security and compliance features to keep our data safe which makes Fusion a reliable tool. I also appreciate that Oracle provides quarterly updates and is always working on improving the product and services.
Cons
It definitely takes some time to learn this software. Also it doesn't come with some of the standard reports you'd expect, so I have to make my own custom reports to get the important info I need. Plus the Business Intelligent Publisher (BIP) reports are tricky to create because they need some technical skills that not everyone knows how to handle.

“For finance and inventory management, it is the best
Pros
This is the best software ever! It runs flawlessly and meets all our business needs for financial accounting and inventory management. It's vertically integrated with other business modules like asset management and accounts payable/receivable. In inventory management, it links with invoices and shows the status of goods received which helps us keep things running smoothly with our partners. Plus having remote cloud access is super convenient for getting reports whenever I need them.
Cons
The prices are higher compared to other apps out there. Some scenarios don't integrate well with other modules and I'd like to see more KPI levels and dashboard reports available.

“Made WFH possible
Pros
Working from home during the Covid-19 period became much more manageable because of its cloud services. On top of that, the middleware services are very useful since we run different ERP modules like Material Management, Apparel Management and Inventory Management and all three are interconnected and display results in a single window. That saves a lot of time and reduces the amount of human effort needed to control operations. Another big advantage is that creating new forms and reports based on organizational requirements is quite simple. From a security perspective, it also helps that we can assign limited access to external users such as suppliers, while giving customized access levels to company employees.
Cons
The cloud security setup takes quite a bit of time to configure. It is also very difficult to connect the system with a website. For example, when we need updated exchange rates, we have to integrate an API to pull live rates and that process is complicated enough that we often end up handling it manually instead.

“Feature-rich but cumbersome navigation
Pros
It comes with a wide range of features that help you handle different tasks and do your work more effectively. Being able to export files to Microsoft Excel is especially useful since it gives you the flexibility to work with and adjust the data however you need. It also serves well as a system for purchasing and managing company inventory.
Cons
Getting around the software can be frustrating because navigation is often difficult and takes more time than it should. There are too many steps involved just to reach the correct page needed to complete a task. It would be much better if the interface were more user-friendly and let you move through the system faster which would save a lot of time.

“all-in-one cloud platform
Pros
Oracle ERP Cloud brings a lot to the table for businesses. The biggest advantage is having all applications and different business units unified on a single platform. Its integration capabilities are very user-friendly and it also stays well connected with third-party applications. The system is simple to navigate and use so it doesn't take extensive training to get comfortable with it. Moving a business to ERP Cloud really shows how far technology has come over the last decade.
Cons

Cons
It's extremely slow. Viewing a BOM in the browser can take around three times longer than it really should. There are also times when information doesn't save properly. “Cuts down on manual work
Pros
From a management and finance perspective, this software has been a huge help with expense organization and following the proper chain of command especially when it comes to approving large purchases. It tracks approvals all the way up through the highest levels of management which takes a lot of manual work out of the process. Previously, managers had to review lists one by one and approve every individual item themselves. Now the approval workflow is automated and it also connects with vendors to make purchasing more efficient while maintaining solid records for audit requirements.
Cons
The system is not very simple. At our institution, procurement training for Oracle had to be repeated several times so users could practice in the software and then ask follow-up questions about what different forms and buttons were actually meant to do. The interface is definitely not very user friendly and a lot of people have even asked whether their orders were successfully submitted because they could not locate them in the system after approving them.

Pros
One of the strongest parts of this ERP cloud is how conveniently it handles storage. The interface is user-friendly as well and the Oracle team provided plenty of support throughout the implementation phase.

Pros
Oracle 11i was a very capable system for handling a capital budget of $1.1 billion and that was only for one of the four regional capital budgets we managed.
Cons
My concerns weren't really about the software itself but more about how the company handled the consultants. The move from version 10 to 11i was necessary, yet it didn't fix the issues it was expected to address which came down more to company management decisions than the product.
