“Connects well with Oracle products”

Pros

It gave us a solid PaaS/SaaS option for handling and downloading all ALM and TLM activities. It also integrates well with other Oracle products which has been a big advantage for us. Being able to host our ERP solutions directly in the Oracle ERP Cloud has worked really well and overall it's a platform we can depend on with confidence.

Cons

response times should be faster whenever an issue comes up. It would also help a lot if the system included two or more standard formats for the balance sheet and income statement.

Pros

It delivers what it promises and comes with a very comprehensive set of features.

Cons

I've been using this platform since the Logfire days and support has dropped off quite a bit since Oracle took over. Getting help now takes far too long, there's little chance of seeing enhancement requests make it onto the roadmap and scaling performance can be frustrating.

Pros

The workflows feel smooth and there are plenty of configuration options to tailor the system around your specific business needs.

Cons

It comes at a high cost and once you subscribe oracle keeps full control over the platform.

Proper setup does require specialized technical and functional expertise to configure everything correctly.

Comprehensive and highly detailed, this platform gives larger businesses and enterprises a dependable way to support productivity across their operations.

The downside is the cost. For small businesses or individual users, the pricing is extremely high and compared to their margins, it can be out of reach.

Oracle ERP works across multiple devices so I can use it even from my phone while I'm on the move. It's a dependable and sustainable platform that can support a large organization without any issues.

The implementation is expensive but in the end it's worth it because you get good value for the money.

Pros

It feels very adaptable which makes it a strong fit for small and medium-sized businesses. It offers capabilities that traditional ERP users probably wouldn't have expected before. Advanced additions like DaaS make the platform even more appealing and the alerts feature is something I especially appreciate.

Cons

When everything runs as expected, there's really not much to complain about. The trouble starts when something goes wrong because it doesn't seem to provide a detailed or comprehensive log. That makes debugging and fixing issues much harder than it should be since things don't always go perfectly.

This tool delivers a powerful solution for project managers handling complex, multiple projects at once. The output is clear and precise and the information it provides is reliable which makes it very useful for managing demanding project environments.

Cons

The software is quite expensive for small project management companies and it also requires some training before users can make proper use of it.

Pros

Oracle Fusion can be adjusted around your company's existing processes which makes the ERP feel aligned with how the business already operates. Another big plus is that on-site technicians are available to support the setup and implementation which really helps during rollout.

Cons

This kind of package is a sensible choice for large organizations but it likely isn't the right fit for small to mid-sized companies.

“Generates useful reports”

Pros

My overall experience has been positive. It does a good job of pulling data from the source and generating reports especially when it comes to pay stubs.

Cons

At times, it can be hard to find exactly what you need and it occasionally crashes during use. There are also too many clicks involved to complete certain tasks.

“Costly setup and useless portfolio tools”

Pros

As a finance platform, it is somewhat functional. Oracle ERP Cloud also includes a wide range of modules that, in theory, could be applied across different parts of a business.

Cons

Portfolio management in the project management module is practically useless. If your company handles a large number of small projects, the amount of time required just to set up Oracle can almost bankrupt the business. The implementation partners don't really know how to use Oracle, much less configure another company's ERP properly. On top of that, customer support doesn't actually resolve issues and instead provides long, drawn-out workarounds.

Pros

Having all teams able to view job information in one central place was a big plus. It made sharing and transferring data fast and smooth.

Cons

The web-based version would crash pretty often for some reason which was frustrating. Still, it seemed to perform better near the end of the project and overall I still liked using the program.

Pros

I love using it. It's user-friendly, offers effective controls, is cost-effective and becomes easily accessible for end users once it's on the cloud. Performance is also fast which makes daily work more efficient.

Cons

The transactional entry forms still take more time than they should. There are also some common bugs that the vendor has not resolved yet and a few useful features that most businesses would expect are still missing.

There are dedicated modules for every department which makes it useful across the whole organization.

The forms still feel built on outdated technology.

The user experience feels polished and Oracle Social Media adds useful functionality. It's also spreadsheet-friendly, the embedded business intelligence is a big plus and the implementation process is fast.

Customer service still has room for improvement.

Using a company card makes the whole expense process more convenient since transactions are pulled directly into the software. It also helps that you don't have to keep receipts for every small purchase.
