“modular project management powerhouse”
Pros
It's built as a modular platform, with different components that cover pretty much every part of project management. The part I appreciate most is how tightly it connects with the finance side, letting me generate purchase orders, quotes, customer invoices and supplier invoices with just a click.
Cons
There are multiple ways to install the software. When I first used it a while back, the setup and configuration felt fairly complicated but the support team was excellent and helped us whenever we needed it.

“flexible project control powerhouse”
Pros
People often assume open-source tools depend entirely on community contributions but I've seen this one clearly handle project execution in several effective ways. It supports work packages, financial oversight, risk visibility and action planning with fully controlled scheduling. To me, it feels like a complete project management solution that is flexible, scalable and well suited for different kinds of projects.
Cons
Looking at it from a broad point of view, the usual concern with open-source software is that security and support are not always guaranteed because many of these products are maintained by volunteers. That said I can't really count that as a true downside here since it has performed very effectively across the different projects I've used it for.

“feature-packed and customizable”
Pros
Accessing the community edition at no cost is fantastic for me. This software comes with far more functionality than I expected for the price and I found the setup process easy. It's also simple to tailor and brand it so it fits my organization really well.
Cons
One downside is that the software includes a lot more features than we anticipated. Since we only needed the Project Management package, all the extra tools made things feel a bit cluttered and confusing at first. After spending some time customizing it, though, the layout became much more organized.
