“Good tool overall”

Pros

Quite simply, this tool gets the job done. We have since switched ERPs and there is not a day that goes by where regret is not collectively expressed over the switch. Unit4 ERP easily meets HR management and finance needs , and pulling data out of the program is done with ease, with customizable reports and CSV downloads of raw data at the ready.

Cons

Sometimes prompting HR tasks had a notable lag. Payroll also had some quirks, such as entries yielding error messages where there was definitely no error , though I suspect that had to do more so with the buildout occurring years ago, with no update from our internal team as accounting coding changed.
