promising start overall

Pros

I had to submit a review to access the free trial so I'm still not completely sure how I feel about it at this stage.

Cons

There don't seem to be many direct integration partners unless you use some kind of connector.

handy integrations and navigation

Pros

It's simple to use overall. The integrations work well and the navigation makes day-to-day tasks convenient.

Cons

It does feel a little expensive and the plan options are somewhat limited. The interface also isn't especially attractive.

affordable accounting that keeps improving

Pros

After trying a long list of accounting apps, this is the one that has worked best for me. My business is tiny, just me and my revenue is still pretty modest so it's a huge relief not to have my whole budget eaten up by monthly fees. It also saved me from having to spend time creating my own system. There are tons of useful features and the developers keep rolling out new ones which is even better since users can vote on them. I've only needed customer support a handful of times but whenever I reached out, they were personable, patient and genuinely helpful.

Cons

One feature I really need is the ability to delete custom fields even after they've already been used. I created some fields that were later built into the product by the developers so even though I don't use my original ones anymore, they still take up one of my available custom field slots.

clean interface and quick learning

Pros

The interface is thoughtfully designed and it doesn't take long to get comfortable with it. Getting started was pretty easy and the overall layout is user friendly.

Cons

The subscription options are a bit confusing and not very clear. It's been difficult to figure out which plan actually fits our needs best.

fast setup and flexible templates

Pros

Standard templates are a solid starting point. There are also plenty of options for fine-tuning which makes it a good fit even for smaller companies. Pricing is hard to complain about too especially with the free plan available :)

Cons

Getting the templates adjusted the way I wanted took a bit of effort but aside from that, I really haven't had any issues.

handy app and fair pricing

Pros

The mobile app includes all the key features I need and the pricing feels reasonable without being too expensive.

Cons

The custom field options are a bit restrictive. You can only have 2 to 3 custom fields of the same type and multi-select custom fields are limited to just 5 choices.

reliable inventory support

Pros

After starting with this inventory software last month it has turned out to be an excellent tool for us. It covers most of the functions we need and the support has been quick and accurate whenever required. Overall it feels like a very solid product backed by a professional support team.

Cons

There is nothing specific to complain about. It has been a good tool for us so I do not have any particular issues to mention.

shopify sync and bundle flexibility

Pros

Connecting it with Shopify has been great. Being able to create products from multiple inventory components is really useful.

Cons

I just wish this software also included a manufacturing inventory management feature.

excellent UI and Zoho ecosystem

Pros

The user interface is excellent and it connects smoothly with other Zoho apps which helps create a really solid ecosystem. Having access to so many Zoho apps also makes day-to-day work much more convenient.

Cons

The pricing feels a little on the expensive side and the free edition does not include support for multiple warehouses.

bakery inventory that fits perfectly

Pros

The setup works well for me and I'm able to combine ingredients and products into the items I sell in my bakery which is really helpful.

Cons

Setting up the items takes quite a while and even after importing everything, I still had to go back through each one and complete the setup manually.

Pros

It covers inventory management thoroughly and the reporting, workflow and overall usability are all memorable strengths. There are also plenty of integrations available and customer support is there 24/7 whenever needed.

Cons

Getting everything set up takes quite a bit of time and the process can feel exhausting.

This software works really well for small businesses. It can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning but once you spend some time exploring it, you start to see and use its full potential.

Pros

helpful for beginners

Pros

A solid option for beginners especially with the well-connected referencing and the ability to access more functions from a single page.

Cons

I still can't add intrastate tax (GST18). I've been in touch with Zoho customer support but the issue hasn't been resolved yet.

versatile integrations and helpful support

Pros

It connects really well with a wide range of apps across the Zoho ecosystem and it also works nicely with outside platforms like eBay, Etsy and Amazon. The tutorials are useful and when needed, live support through chat or phone has been very helpful.

Cons

One downside is that support is only available Monday through Friday, not on Saturdays or Sundays. A lot of my development work happens on weekends so that limitation makes it harder to keep my Zoho projects moving forward.

helpful free start for startups

Pros

Starting out with Zoho has been a really positive experience for my new business. My startup only needs a few hours of planning at night along with some simple bookkeeping and the trial setup works very well for that stage. It's also really helpful that they offer a free version since it gives small business owners a way to get started without a big upfront cost. I'm looking forward to upgrading to the full version once my business is more established and when that happens, it'll be because Zoho supported me right from the beginning.

Cons

At this stage, I really don't have much negative to say since I'm only just getting started.
