“zoho helps small businesses scale”
Pros
After trying a range of inventory tools, this software has become one I genuinely enjoy using and recommending to my clients. Once I got familiar with how it works, I was able to show clients how to grow their businesses while keeping the effort on their side to a minimum. Zoho has been a big part of making that possible. The plans they offer also help smaller businesses compete at a much larger level.
Cons
At this point, the only drawback is having to enter all of my items myself and beyond that I really do not have any complaints.

“real-time inventory that fits trading”
Pros
this software works especially well for a trading business. One of its biggest advantages is how simple it is to use-you do not need to be an accountant or an expert inventory manager to understand how the system works. It updates in real time so there is no waiting for a department or server to process anything before the information appears. If you make prior-period adjustments to cost or quantity, the costing and related accounts are updated automatically. Another strong point is that Zoho offers customer support 24/7. For large volumes of data, you do not have to enter everything manually one by one; you can format the data properly and upload it in bulk. The composite items feature acts like a bill of materials and also helps with variance calculations. If you need to include extra material beyond what is set in the standard formula, that can be done as well. The warehouse feature is useful for tracking stock at each warehouse and when invoicing a customer, you can choose the exact warehouse. It is also very well integrated with Zoho Books and taxes can be managed quite conveniently through the Inventory module.
Cons
There are still some limitations. For larger organizations with multiple warehouse levels and approval workflows before issuing or receiving materials, this software does not seem to support that kind of setup. You also cannot print delivery notes directly from this software and have to switch to Zoho Books for that. If you need to receive products against multiple purchase orders at the same time, that is not possible-you have to process one purchase order at a time. It also lets you define purchase and sales prices for a product but not based on a specific supplier or customer.

“fast access from anywhere”
Pros
It really comes down to speed and data integration and the fact that we can use it from anywhere in the world, even while traveling. It's amazing.
Cons
The data backup process isn't very user friendly. At the very least, backups should happen on a daily basis.

“feature-packed and user friendly”
Pros
For this price range, the feature set is one of the best available and the interface is very user friendly. It also connects well with other platforms and since Zoho has multiple in-house products, the software becomes much more accessible and usable across different platforms.
Cons
Pricing is still a major factor and it can limit the product mostly to SMEs.
