“Frustrating layout overall”
Pros
Even after spending enough time to understand how it works, the platform still feels difficult to use. Things seem scattered everywhere and the overall setup does not come across as very organized.
Cons
Using it for day-to-day tasks was difficult in almost every way. The way the platform is arranged was something I really did not enjoy and it makes everything feel harder than it should be. I used it for under six months while helping with a friend's business and over time it became pretty frustrating to deal with.

We've been using the invoicing software and it has been good for us. The editing options are simple to work with and give us the flexibility we need. We still haven't had the chance to try the inventory software yet.
Cons
I really appreciate how flexible it is. Editing is easy and the multi-level approval setup works very well. The invoice email generation is probably the strongest feature for us.

Pros
Getting around the platform feels very easy. The pages are clean and moving back and forth between sections is simple. I also appreciate being able to connect other software programs whenever I need them. It's nice not having to pay for features or tools I'm not actually using.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is how restricted it is when it comes to making batch changes or editing items that have already been created. For example, with the items I use, once a transaction has been made, I'm no longer able to change them.

Cons
At the same time understanding how bundled items work alongside serial tracking can be a bit complicated.

Pros
One of the best things about this software is how configurable it is. It doesn't lock you into a fixed set of functions so there's a lot of flexibility to adapt it to different needs.
Cons
I'd recommend putting more development into the BOM module since it feels quite limited in its current state.

Cons

Cons
