Frustrating layout overall

Pros

Even after spending enough time to understand how it works, the platform still feels difficult to use. Things seem scattered everywhere and the overall setup does not come across as very organized.

Cons

Using it for day-to-day tasks was difficult in almost every way. The way the platform is arranged was something I really did not enjoy and it makes everything feel harder than it should be. I used it for under six months while helping with a friend's business and over time it became pretty frustrating to deal with.

dynamic and user friendly platform

Pros

The platform feels very dynamic and user friendly and it has been stable with no bugs at all.

Cons

Customer support over the phone for fixing issues and customizing things to match customer needs still needs to be improved.

flexible invoicing with approvals

Pros

We've been using the invoicing software and it has been good for us. The editing options are simple to work with and give us the flexibility we need. We still haven't had the chance to try the inventory software yet.

Cons

I really appreciate how flexible it is. Editing is easy and the multi-level approval setup works very well. The invoice email generation is probably the strongest feature for us.

clean pages and flexible add-ons

Pros

Getting around the platform feels very easy. The pages are clean and moving back and forth between sections is simple. I also appreciate being able to connect other software programs whenever I need them. It's nice not having to pay for features or tools I'm not actually using.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is how restricted it is when it comes to making batch changes or editing items that have already been created. For example, with the items I use, once a transaction has been made, I'm no longer able to change them.

FIFO and serial tracking helps

Pros

this software includes several key features we needed, such as FIFO stock valuation, serial number tracking, a VAT-inclusive option and low-stock email alerts.

Cons

At the same time understanding how bundled items work alongside serial tracking can be a bit complicated.

powerful tracking capabilities

Pros

The tracking features are highly advanced especially when it comes to batch and serial number tracking though the pricing could still be a bit lower.

Cons

I reported a major bug in the software more than a week ago and it still has not been resolved.

highly configurable system

Pros

One of the best things about this software is how configurable it is. It doesn't lock you into a fixed set of functions so there's a lot of flexibility to adapt it to different needs.

Cons

I'd recommend putting more development into the BOM module since it feels quite limited in its current state.

handy fit for stock tracking

Pros

Everything is easy to understand. It runs without issues and the free trial is a nice bonus. For a small company like mine, it works well as a easy tool for handling daily stock management.

Cons

I haven't come across any downsides yet. I'm hoping that once I start using the software more regularly, I'll be able to see if there are any cons.

Helpful channel integration

Pros

very efficient and user friendly

Pros

Right away this app felt very user friendly and it really helped make the company I worked for much more efficient. It connects well with many users so honestly I couldn't ask for more.

Cons

My only complaint is the price. It feels too expensive and I think $150 per year would be a lot more reasonable.

Pros

user friendly inventory management

Pros

Right from the start, the platform felt very user friendly and simple to work with. We were able to take advantage of many features and it made the whole process of adding our items to inventory and keeping track of them much more manageable.

Cons

One limitation was that we couldn't integrate the inventory and the items we added with WooCommerce or certain other e-commerce websites.

Pros
