Cons

“zoho books integration saves time”
Pros
Having it connect with Zoho Books has made our bookkeeping and accounting much more organized which saves both time and money. Invoices, sales orders and purchase orders all sync with each other so everything stays organized and accurate.
Cons
The downside is that it still doesn't integrate with EasyPost which is what I would rather use for shipping across all carriers.

Getting started with it was easy, everything feels very clear and it gives a high level of flexibility.
Cons
One thing that limits it is that I can't assign multiple prices to the same product for different customers. Also, at the beginning it failed to save a lot of data so I had to enter everything again.

I was able to start using it right away without needing any training. It's simple to figure out on your own and all the basic business needs are available in one place, including purchase order creation, invoicing, inventory management and even a single-level bill of materials.
Cons

After trying a number of different systems, we kept running into the same issue: most of them could handle basic inventory but they couldn't track the items needed to make a finished product. That was a dealbreaker for us since we manufacture our own products. The few platforms we found that did offer those features were usually expensive, hard to figure out and came with very little guidance. On top of that, getting them to sync with accounting software like QuickBooks was another headache. This one covers all of those needs which is exactly why we decided to use it.
Cons
One thing that could use improvement is the screen display and resolution settings. We've noticed the left sidebar doesn't fully expand and ends up partially hidden behind the main screen. It would also be really helpful if the system could automatically generate product SKU numbers since creating them manually every time gets tedious.

Pros
A cloud-based ERP setup has worked really well for us. The SKU serial tracking is especially useful and the UI looks excellent. The payment reminder integration with the ICICI bank portal is another feature I really appreciate.
Cons
Even though I'm quite happy with the support overall quicker callback responses would really help new users who are working live in the product and get stuck needing assistance. That said cheers to the entire Zoho team for building such an awesome product.

Pros
Running this software has been very convenient and it offers a lot of useful functions. It was exactly the kind of tool I needed for managing stock in my small business. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to improve business efficiency especially since it lets you stay on top of operations right from your fingertips and the app works perfectly. The multi-user setup is also very helpful because it supports different roles and job responsibilities for employees which creates a more organized and functional workflow across the business. Every action is recorded and as an admin I'm able to monitor what my employees are doing. That means better control, fewer arguments, less distraction and stronger overall efficiency.
Cons
The only issue I would mention is that some of my employees are native Russian speakers and unfortunately this software does not support the Russian language. Aside from that, everything else works perfectly.

this software has been really adaptable for our operations especially when it comes to moving stock between warehouses and stores. It also supports sales returns which makes inventory tracking much more accurate and manageable.
Cons
One limitation is that it doesn't let us create customer estimates or generate accounting reports. It would be far more useful if Zoho Books and Inventory were combined into a single system.

It works really well within the Zoho ecosystem, with updates syncing instantly to Zoho Books and the other Zoho apps. The interface is easy to use and the iPhone app is solid too. It also handles multi-warehouse management nicely and I've noticed they keep adding new features over time. On top of that, customer service is quick to respond and has a genuinely helpful attitude.
Cons
There's still room to make it more complete especially when it comes to lot and rack management in the warehouse. I'd also like to see a few more reporting options added.
