quick startup with zoho

Pros

It didn't take long to get used to and we were already using it comfortably within the first hour.

Cons

I'd still like to see a few more options for how items can be entered.

bigcommerce connector potential

Pros

There's good potential to connect it with BigCommerce through Skyvia or another third-party connector SaaS platform.

Cons

A lot of the fields BigCommerce requires don't really match up with Zoho's field structure. On top of that, handling multi-vendor inventory feeds in Zoho doesn't seem very realistic. Skyvia also doesn't map the fields cleanly with Zoho, mainly because Zoho only captures a fairly limited set of data fields.

very user friendly software

Pros

Using the software feels very easy and that is honestly the best thing about it.

Cons

handy inventory companion

Pros

This software has been really nice to use. It's easy, gives me all the information I need and the import/export features work well. Adding items and tags is also simple and doesn't take much effort.

Cons

One area that could use some improvement is the reporting. It's also difficult to do analysis at the SKU level.

flexible modules we can expand

Pros

The variety of modules has been really useful for us and we plan to keep adding more as time goes on.

Cons

The downside is that a lot of those modules come as add-ons which ends up increasing the overall cost.

handy invoicing and reports

Pros

Regular updates keep the software current and creating invoices and credit notes is quite simple. It also lets us run all kinds of reports which helps us monitor inventory and payments properly, as long as the data entered into the system is accurate.

Cons

The ICICI Bank payment link is something I really appreciate especially for the payments we record in the system.

solid inventory fit for small business

Pros

Getting started with it was very simple and the inventory system includes all the features a small business needs which makes it the right choice for us.

Cons

A few parts of the integration are not working properly. I tried testing that area but I wasn't able to get it to work.

Pros

The interface feels very user friendly and there are plenty of customization options to match the business's branding and overall look.

Cons

Pros

clean UI, dependable inventory

Pros

It takes care of most everyday processes for a product- or service-based business without much effort. The interface feels clean, accessible and simple to work with. It's also very rare to run into any bugs while using it.

Cons

Considering its scope and the market it's built for, I'd have to really stretch to come up with anything negative to say about this software.

simple setup and handy integrations

Pros

Getting started with it was easy, the configuration is simple and it connects with a lot of accounting tools and online stores through connectors or built-in options like Shopify.

Cons

It still feels like a product that is being actively developed. There is no support for bundled or configurable products which are pretty common in eCommerce and that makes stock management a bit complicated. In business, SKU data is usually the main product identifier but in this software it works with both item name and SKU. At times, the logic behind certain rules is hard to understand.

clean interface and strong apps

Pros

Right away, the design feels polished and pleasant to use. I compared it with a few competitors like Unleashed, DEAR and Cin7 and Zoho had the best user interface of the group. Everything feels simple and familiar, the menus only go one or two levels deep and it runs really well on a Mac using Safari which I definitely couldn't say for the others. They also offer well-designed iOS apps that work properly and include barcode scanning, another area where the competitors seem to fall short. On the integration side, it appears to have a fairly extensive API and Single Sign-On as well although I still need to explore that part more.

Cons

Since they have their own Books product, there isn't a direct integration with Xero or Intuit. That said we're still open to trying Books especially if it turns out to be properly ready for the UK.
