Pros
Working with the full Zoho ecosystem has been a big advantage and I appreciate how flexible the apps are when it comes to adapting them to my specific requirements. The support has been excellent as well-it feels like having an expert right beside me whenever I need help. I'm also in the process of moving over from QuickBooks Contractor and that transition has gone very smoothly.
Cons
At times, adjusting the reports to match exactly what I need can be a bit difficult.

It connects with all the systems we need. We currently use it alongside Zoho Books, Zoho CRM and Shopify.
Cons
One limitation is that Shopify is treated as a cart rather than a marketplace so our items can't be synced both ways.

Everything stays well organized with this software and it's very simple to use. The mobile app also makes it much more convenient to check our stock levels while we're away from the desk.
Cons

Cons

Pros
Cost feels reasonable compared with similar products available in the market. Being backed by Zoho Corporation also adds a sense of trust and reliability to the product.
Cons
At the same time, quite a few basic features are still missing. For example, warehouse managers can see all warehouses and users also get access to every warehouse which should be more controlled. Warehouse-to-warehouse transfers are not available in GST format and do not follow government norms which is a major concern. Product costing for bundling is also inaccurate and it does not get updated properly when raw material rates change.
