zoho suite fits perfectly

Pros

Working with the full Zoho ecosystem has been a big advantage and I appreciate how flexible the apps are when it comes to adapting them to my specific requirements. The support has been excellent as well-it feels like having an expert right beside me whenever I need help. I'm also in the process of moving over from QuickBooks Contractor and that transition has gone very smoothly.

Cons

At times, adjusting the reports to match exactly what I need can be a bit difficult.

simple business model handling

Pros

It's easy to use and helps manage the business model without much effort. Maintenance is also quite convenient.

Cons

The only issue is that the inventory opening balance still needs to be adjusted manually.

Pros

It connects with all the systems we need. We currently use it alongside Zoho Books, Zoho CRM and Shopify.

Cons

One limitation is that Shopify is treated as a cart rather than a marketplace so our items can't be synced both ways.

Pros

The platform is very simple to work with, the pricing is budget-friendly and the customer support team responds quickly whenever help is needed.

Cons

At the moment, there still isn't a POS function that feels user friendly when working with Zoho.

handy stock tracking anywhere

Pros

Everything stays well organized with this software and it's very simple to use. The mobile app also makes it much more convenient to check our stock levels while we're away from the desk.

Cons

I'm still waiting for a few additional features especially the option to print barcode labels.

Pros

This application has been excellent for helping a small or medium-sized business grow. It's user friendly and very accessible.

Cons

accessible design with thoughtful details

Pros

Everything feels very accessible and the software shows a strong attention to detail across a lot of areas. It's an excellent product overall and the UI is very easy to use.

Cons

There really isn't much to dislike about this software. If anything, I'd just like the customization process to be easier.

access from anywhere

Pros

Being able to use it anywhere has been the best part for me. I can work from the shop, from home or even on my phone and everything stays synchronized without any issues.

Cons

My only complaint is the cost of the software. A tool like this should be priced in a way that is more affordable for small businesses.

zoho books integration works well

Pros

Getting started with it is easy and the pricing feels reasonable too. The integration with Zoho Books is another part I really appreciate.

Cons

It still doesn't connect with Zoho Subscriptions which is a limitation.

Pros

Cost feels reasonable compared with similar products available in the market. Being backed by Zoho Corporation also adds a sense of trust and reliability to the product.

Cons

At the same time, quite a few basic features are still missing. For example, warehouse managers can see all warehouses and users also get access to every warehouse which should be more controlled. Warehouse-to-warehouse transfers are not available in GST format and do not follow government norms which is a major concern. Product costing for bundling is also inaccurate and it does not get updated properly when raw material rates change.

fifo control works brilliantly

Pros

FIFO management works really well and it keeps everything properly organized in a complete way.

all-in-one invoicing and inventory

Pros

Having invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and inventory management all together in one place has been really convenient. I also appreciate how flexible the templates are since it lets me customize them the way I need.

Cons

One thing that slows me down is having to create a sales order before I can make an invoice.

powerful inventory and analysis tools

Pros

The batch handling, group management, inventory records and analysis features are all really useful and well put together.

Cons

Credit and debit notes need more flexibility instead of being limited to issuing them only against stock items.
