This platform feels very accessible to use and it doesn't cost nearly as much as other similar systems.
Cons
Getting registered and logged in was a bit tricky at the beginning because security upgrades were being rolled out across the app suite. That issue has since been resolved and it has been working fine for the past few months.

The Composite item feature has been really useful. Having more bundling options would make it even better and save a lot more time.
Cons
There's no Bill of Materials and for a manufacturing and trading company that makes increasing stock extremely difficult without a BOM.

Pros
Being able to set up pricing groups is really useful because it helps me account for a lot of different pricing variables. The integration with Books also works reliably and has been a strong part of the overall experience.
Cons
One recurring issue I've noticed and it seems common across Zoho products, is that bulk updating or editing is either missing or very limited. I also really need pricing based on a curve. For example, I work with products where the per-unit rate changes depending on quantity. A quantity of 1,000 costs more per unit than 100,000 and I sell every amount in between. It would be incredibly helpful if I could either create a curve that represents the unit price or define multiple price and quantity breakpoints and have Inventory calculate the values in between automatically. That would let me manage one flexible item instead of keeping 15 versions of the same item with different prices and quantities. It would make my work exponentially easier. Please consider adding this.

It's a powerful tool without being hard to pick up or manage and the interface is really pleasant to work with. It has been very useful for supporting business growth and continues to scale nicely as the company expands. The integration with Zoho Books is smooth which makes day-to-day operations much more convenient.
Cons
It's not the strongest option for handling large, highly technical inventory. Composite items are included but switching back and forth between them can feel a little cumbersome. It also needs tighter integration with Zoho Commerce. For businesses that need an online store, those two really should function as a single product. this software would serve well as the backend for an eCommerce website.

Keeping up with inventory, sales and top-performing products is much more manageable with this software. The reports are clear, simple to generate and make it very convenient to stay on top of how my business is performing.
Cons
I would really like to see improved the integration with certain services. In my case, I use PayPal Here for payments but this software only connects with PayPal Payments Pro and Payflow. I tried sending invoices through this software using the standard PayPal integration but unfortunately it doesn't work.

Pros
Being able to create purchase orders and follow them all the way from the moment they are issued until inventory is received for the customer has been really valuable. It also helps that items can be grouped into different categories like sizes and patterns which keeps things organized. The package services feature has been a very nice addition as well.
Cons
I would still like to see more detailed item descriptions included. For example, when sending a PO to a supplier, it would be helpful to attach the item description and full specifications. I also hope it eventually supports assigning the same PO to multiple customers based on a percentage.
