Pros
The free version comes with plenty of features which made it possible to properly test the product before committing. It's also easy to use and doesn't feel cluttered with unnecessary distractions.
Cons
At the moment, I don't really have any drawbacks for what I need it for. The only thing that would be a nice addition is the ability to create custom barcodes directly from the program.

Pros
It comes with a strong feature set and covers a wide range of needs without being expensive.
Cons
That said it still misses some basic SKU functions like automatically generating SKUs for standard items without variants and there aren't enough options for building more advanced SKU generation rules. It's also frustrating that SKUs can't be assigned through the API.

Pros
Regular updates keep the product improving and the support team has been awesome whenever help is needed. It was simple to learn and use from the beginning and there are tons of ways to apply it along with strong integration potential. Another big plus is that it is completely portable.
Cons
The only downside is that integration can be slow if you are not using outside software suites especially in fintech environments.

Pros
Everything about the functions and overall flow of the program has been positive for me. I am still in the learning stage but things have been going really well.
Cons
One frustrating part is that when I run a report and click a link to a transaction, the report closes or seems to disappear. Switching back and forth can be a bit annoying although as a new user, it is possible I am not using it correctly yet.

It comes with everything I need, including invoicing which has been really helpful. The free plan covering around 20 orders is also a big plus especially for a small business.
Cons
Im happy with it. The features are user friendly but I still think there's room to make that part even better.

Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how Zoho keeps track of packing, shipping and deliveries. It gives good visibility into the whole shipping process.
Cons
There are too many sales order statuses and steps though-Draft, Pending Approval, Approved, Confirmed and Closed. Honestly I think just Draft, Approved and Closed would be enough.

Working with other Zoho products is a real plus and fits nicely into my workflow.
Cons
Importing sales orders was difficult. The eBay integration also didn't work as well as I expected and a lot of my orders failed to sync. It's possible I may have been missing something on my end.

Pros
Getting this software up and running was very easy and using it has been just as simple. We were searching for a cloud-based tool that could manage our startup's procure-to-pay process and Zoho covered pretty much everything we needed. It lets us raise requisitions, set up multi-level approvals, receive notifications, customize documents and more. Overall it has given our operations a much more professional feel.
