“feature-packed ERP for businesses”
Pros
The range of features it offers is impressive and it really works like a full-fledged ERP. It's definitely an excellent tool for businesses across most industries.
Cons
This is not exactly a major downside but in my case the inventory management feels a bit limited when it comes to customization. Since I run a textile business, Zoho still doesn't fully meet my inventory management requirements.

“reliable multi-platform syncing”
Pros
Once an item sells on one platform, it updates as sold across all the others too. That was the one feature I really needed most and it does the job.
Cons
I still had to manually integrate some products myself. There may be another way to handle that but I haven't figured it out yet.

“versatile business document generation”

It can create just about any kind of business document needed to support financial transactions which makes it very useful.

“powerful warehouse tracking tools”
Pros
From incoming warehouse stock to outgoing shipments, this software helps me stay on top of inventory and makes sure we always have enough items available. It also makes it very simple to pull useful insights about the business. Overall it's a feature-packed system offered at a very competitive price.
Cons
Costs can start to add up if you're using several Zoho services since there isn't really an all-in-one option. Aside from that, I haven't noticed any major weaknesses in the software.

“outdated despite strong features”
Pros
It's hard for me to say a lot of positive things about this software but I can admit that it's powerful. It comes packed with features. You can record and document a very large amount of information in this software. And unfortunately for those of us who actually need to manage inventory, it's probably still the best inventory platform available right now.
Cons
For tracking inventory on my farm, I need something clean, simple and accessible. this software doesn't fit any of those descriptions, at least not in my opinion. Yes, it's powerful but it also feels awkward and outdated to use. I imagine that if I had the time to really learn the system properly, the effort might pay off but as a farmer, I'm already stretched too thin. That's really why this software leaves me disappointed. Even though it's the best inventory platform I've come across, that's not because it's truly excellent, it's just better than the other options and that really isn't saying much.

“reliable stock handling”
Pros
Handling goods with this has been really beneficial. It keeps stock organized efficiently so there's hardly any confusion and the product feels much better than a lot of competing options.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about here. That said a simpler interface would be appreciated because it can feel a little confusing at times.

“free access with handy inventory tracking”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about Zoho is that you can use it for free and explore it properly before committing which makes it much easier to figure out whether it's the right fit. It also makes inventory tracking very simple to manage.
Cons
Another positive is Zoho's support team-they genuinely seem to care about how the software evolves and consistently roll out new features and improvements based on feedback from users.

“zoho books sync works well”

Since this software connects directly with Zoho Books, the entries update automatically in the accounting records without needing extra manual work.

“low-cost inventory option”
Pros
It's likely one of the cheapest inventory software options available right now.
Cons

“handy dashboard solid zoho books sync”
Pros
The dashboard keeps the information easy and easy to follow and the integration with Zoho Books works really well.
Cons
The biggest downside is that this software still doesn't have an Android app. I'm often on the move and I'd want my sales rep to be able to check inventory while out on the road.

“broken inventory sync problems”
Pros
The idea behind it is appealing especially how it's supposed to connect with CRM, campaigns, Books and the rest of the Zoho ecosystem. It's unfortunate that it doesn't actually perform the way it promises. I do appreciate having chat support available, even though they rarely provide real answers. When I tried reaching support tonight about the issues below, the chat was converted into an email instead. Hopefully someone gets back to us within the next 2-3 days.
Cons
At this point the system simply does not work or function reliably. Example 1: we had around 500 transactions through Amazon merchant fulfilled and within just 2 days the inventory was already out of sync. Orders stopped transferring from Amazon into our system as sales orders which created customer service problems right away. Zoho had no solution and we ended up turning off the inventory module. Most, if not all, third-party consultants we've spoken with recommend backend workarounds using Zoho Creator and Deluge. Example 2: we added a new Zoho One license for a consultant yesterday. First, the new email assigned to that consultant does not work. Second, this software suddenly reset itself and asked the consultant, along with all of our employees, to go through the startup setup again. After re-enabling this software, all of our transactions except the last 4 days were showing correctly as sales orders. When we checked the Amazon Marketplace integration, it had been turned off. When we tried to enable it again, the app recognized our credentials immediately but the sales orders from the last 4 days were still missing. There is also no integration with ShipStation and that is only listed on their roadmap. On top of that, this software does not support running Amazon merchant fulfilled and Amazon FBA inventory at the same time-it has to be one or the other. Zoho Flow is limited and most third-party consultants actually laugh when you ask if it can solve the function gaps between the different Zoho applications.

“handy tracking for materials”
Pros
Using this software has worked well for me. Our marketing team set up a front end where I can log in and request sales materials which makes the process pretty convenient. From what I've been told, everything is tracked in the system and they're able to run reports showing exactly how much I've requested over any period of time.
Cons
The front end does feel a bit awkward though, mainly because we're only using it for in-house giveaway items and not as a full e-commerce storefront.

“this software integration shines”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about Zoho is how well all of its different products work together. The inventory app is no exception-I can add, remove and manage inventory items without any trouble and it merges nicely with my Zoho CRM. The compatibility across the platform is excellent.
Cons
I do wish there were a bit more customization available for certain items but aside from that, it's still an excellent inventory management solution overall.
