“excellent sample organization tool”
Pros
Our Computer and Computing Department introduced us to this software after we kept running into major issues with sample classification and it has turned out to be an excellent solution. Combined with our other software, it has noticeably improved the way we work. this software is a powerful platform that helps us classify our chemical samples properly and in a standardized way, turning them into inventory-ready information. The end result is exactly the level of order any company or organization in the chemical field is looking for: samples arranged in a clear and coherent manner. Because of that, we highly recommend this software.
Cons
It is a platform that is continually being updated and refined based on user feedback and suggestions. The technical team is highly capable, quickly identifying issues and addressing them through updates. Honestly I do not see any real weak points that need to be mentioned here.

“handy for tracking locksmith stock”
Pros
Even though we only ship a small number of parcels each month, mostly keys cut to code for our locksmith business, this software has been really helpful for tracking those orders and keeping an eye on our key blank stock levels. The integration with other Zoho products is excellent as well.
Cons
The only thing missing is an Android phone app for when I'm out on the road and need to start the shipment process for keys.

“affordable and simple setup”
Pros
Getting started with it was really easy and the setup process didn't take much effort. The support team has also been helpful whenever needed. On top of that, the price is very budget-friendly. I also really prefer web-based and cloud systems since they make everything much more convenient.
Cons
At first, I believed there was a free version available. Once I actually got inside and began setting everything up, I realized it was only a 14-day free trial. I don't think that was explained clearly enough. Even so, the yearly cost is still extremely low compared with most other inventory management systems. Another issue is that I haven't been able to use my own templates which means I have to recreate everything inside Zoho.

“real-time inventory control”
Pros
Zoho's inventory solution has been a really valuable addition for our company and has lived up to the high expectations we had. It keeps our bulk LPG stock organized in real time so we always know the exact amount of product available. It also lets us create simple route guides for each product which helps a lot with daily operations. On top of that, it keeps orders, shipments, payments and customer information well organized and we can update the order status instantly whenever needed.
Cons
As with other Zoho products, a stable and reasonably fast internet connection is necessary. If the connection is weak or unstable, the software does not perform at its best.

“inventory tracking that delivers”
Pros
Running this software in our studio has made it much easier to monitor and manage inventory reports while keeping all the data and planning details close at hand for our daily, weekly and monthly schedules. It helps a lot with coordinating photographic equipment deliveries, receiving orders and keeping an eye on the whole process from start to finish.
Cons
Pricing is really the only downside. It would be a much better value if it were cheaper because right now it feels a bit expensive. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the product.

“inventory control that boosts profits”
Pros
Moving from one shopping channel to another with Zoho felt easy which saved me a lot of time. The inventory control tools also helped me manage stock better and improve my business profits.
Cons
There were a few occasional issues, like pages timing out before changes were saved but customer service resolved them quickly.

“solid inventory control for small teams”
Pros
this software has been a reliable inventory management tool. It works especially well for smaller businesses that need help handling orders and keeping inventory under control.
Cons
Even though this software does a lot well it still wasn't the right match for our company. There were a few features we needed that just weren't available in Zoho.

“reliable stock and order tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with orders and inventory stock has been very manageable with this software. Another big advantage is that it connects with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce and similar services.
Cons
A downside is that not every connector supports two-way syncing and having to pay extra at times to link your store with the inventory system can be frustrating.

“clean invoicing and inventory control”
Pros
Connecting it with Zoho CRM saves a lot of time since I no longer have to manually enter information into invoices. Building products is easy and it appears to keep inventory quantities accurate. The templates look clean and there's plenty of flexibility to customize just about everything.
Cons
The use of both a "physical" and an "accounting" inventory valuation system makes it a bit confusing to understand at first glance. That said it was updated recently and has been working better since then.

“helpful order tracking features”
Pros
Zoho works really well for keeping track of sales orders, SKUs, shipments and customer details all in one place. Being able to attach files to each order is especially useful when there's extra documentation that needs to be checked later. The interface is visually appealing and having photos for each product makes it quick to see exactly which items are involved at a glance.
Cons
One thing missing, as far as I know, is a mobile app which would be very useful for salespeople who spend a lot of time on the road. It also falls short when it comes to deeper inventory management. You can track quantities by SKU but there's no way to add serial numbers for individual items or store specific details for each one.

“automation that keeps improving”
Pros
The automation and bank feeds are the biggest advantages here. A lot of the work gets handled automatically through different APIs which saves a lot of time and effort.
Cons
Honestly there is not much to complain about. The developers keep adding whatever is needed day by day. The only thing I would really ask for is a State Bank of India connection as soon as possible.

“web-based and accessible fit”
Pros
Being web-based makes it really convenient and the interface is easy and accessible to use. It brings multiple services together on one platform and the pricing is very reasonable. It works especially well for a small business.
Cons
It doesn't include every feature I might want but that seems to be the tradeoff for keeping the software so simple and accessible. For what it's designed to do, I don't really have any major complaints.

“reliable stock tracking and reports”
Pros
Zoho products have always been dependable and this software is a solid example of that. It helps you keep track of stock levels, monitor sales and generate useful reports that support the business. It also connects well with other Zoho products which makes everything work together nicely.
Cons
Even though it is simple to use, it still performs very well. I honestly have not run into any issues with this software because it does exactly what it promises.

“flexible features and customization”
Pros
Right away, the features felt easy to use and understand and there were plenty of functions available that I could adjust and customize without much trouble.
Cons
The downside is the cost. The component itself, along with the pricing of other products, feels too expensive when you're working with multiple Zoho programs.

“inventory updates across all shops”
Pros
Managing inventory across several marketplaces at the same time is really helpful since I run multiple shops. Updating products is also pretty easy and doesn't take much effort.
Cons
I don't use invoices and I prefer handling shipping through ShipStation because the barcode and order tracking features make the process much faster. Because of that, I don't really need the order screen at all. I'd rather the system simply mark inventory as sold and give me the option to disable the orders section entirely. I'm also worried marketplaces could get notified when I don't want them to since my other services already handle those notifications. I'm still testing it but at this point it's not quite the right fit for what I need.

“powerful zoho integrations”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how closely it works with Zoho Books and the rest of the Zoho apps which makes automation and data sharing much more smooth. The platform is also easy to use, the mobile app performs well and the integration with shipping providers is very solid.
Cons
A couple of gaps still stand out. There's no proper item categorization structure, such as having a category like Lamp, then subcategories like Projector Lamp or Car Headlight Lamp and even deeper levels like Short Throw or Long Throw under Projector Lamp. It also does not include POS or a cash register feature.

“simple cloud billing for small teams”
Pros
Cloud-based operations make it convenient to manage and the platform is very user friendly overall. The layout is simple, the formatting is easy to follow and it works well for small businesses that need something affordable.
Cons
The invoicing format still needs some improvement. Right now, the invoice does not display the total quantity at the end which would be helpful. Since we work on a distribution model, I also need an option to add distributor margins separately on the invoice and I could not find that feature.

“generous free plan and integrations”
Pros
A really generous free plan is one of the best things about it. The platform looks very attractive, offers a wide range of integrations including shipping and feels user friendly overall.
Cons

“fun and promising start”
Pros
Initial difficulty feels fairly manageable. I have not spent enough time with it yet to fully judge all the strengths and weaknesses but my first impression has been very positive.
Cons
There is not much to complain about at this point. It can feel a little intimidating at first but it is about as easy as software in this category can be. I still have not used it long enough to really weigh all the pros and cons though my initial impression remains very positive.
