“shipping right from sales orders”
Pros
Being able to create shipments straight from a sales order has been a big plus. It connects with Pitney Bowes shipping software which lets me send USPS First Class and Priority mail without ever leaving the Zoho platform.
Cons
One thing that doesn't work well for us is the pricing for smaller teams. We only need two users but the jump from a single-user plan to a multi-user plan costs about 4 to 5 times more than what we pay now. It really isn't economical to spend that much just to add one extra user.

“Linked orders and payments”
Pros
One of the most useful parts is how it ties purchase orders, sales orders, customers and payments together in one place. That setup makes it much simpler to look up information, run reports and keep track of sales and spending. It also helps me move through administrative tasks much faster.
Cons
A few extra small customization options would make it even better. Importing sales data could definitely use clearer documentation and it takes some trial and error to fully understand. I also wish there were a way to bring in older sales records from previous years without having them count against the monthly order limit.

“online access and informative reports”
Pros
Using it day to day has been very easy. It's accessible online, the pricing is reasonable and getting it up and running was simple. The reports are also useful and provide the information I need.
Cons
One limitation came up when I needed to sell items as separate units since I had to create different item codes and then bundle or unbundle them. I'd also prefer more flexibility with the templates because the built-in options use too many pages when there are a lot of items. Searching while typing could be better too since you really need to know the exact way an item is named.

“inventory tracking done right”
Pros
Getting started was quick and using it day to day feels very easy. It works really well for teams that need to keep track of inventory levels.

A few features do take quite a bit of accounting knowledge to understand and use correctly.

“generous trials and connected apps”
Pros
Zoho comes with a massive range of business applications and one of the biggest advantages is how generous the free trials are. If you decide to buy the apps, they usually integrate well with each other which makes the whole system more useful.
Cons
One thing that has been confusing is barcode scanning for inventory adjustments. I can scan a barcode to add an item into inventory but that seems to be the only function it supports. It could be that I am missing something or using it the wrong way but I have not been able to make it work for adjusting inventory.

“User friendly with outstanding support”
Pros
After years of dealing with software that just didn't fit our company, we switched to Zoho and have never regretted it. It's simple to work with, very user friendly and the customer service has been absolutely outstanding.
Cons
Honestly not much to complain about. And if anything does come up, their customer service is always able to take care of it.

“powerful inventory and invoicing”
Pros
this software is easily one of the strongest options available for managing inventory, while also handling sales orders and invoices really well. It offers a lot of customization and gives everything a polished, professional look.
Cons
Getting the inventory tracking set up was a little confusing at first because I wasn't fully sure how Zoho approached it. After reaching out to customer support though, we got it sorted out and it's been working really well ever since.

“Dashboard features we loved”
Pros
Compared with the other options we looked at, Zoho really stood apart because of its dashboard. We absolutely loved everything about it, from the layout to all the options it offered.
Cons
If I had to point to one downside, it would be the reporting feature in the app. It wasn't a major issue but getting it set up with Outlook took a little time.

“inventory on the go rocks”
Pros
Using it has been very easy and having it available on mobile makes a huge difference. Being able to manage inventory on the go has honestly been the best thing for our team.
Cons
At this point, we really have not come across any issues with the software.

“clean inventory visibility”
Pros
Everything feels well organized in the interface so getting around the system is easy. Logging sales is simple as well and the software gives a solid bird's-eye view of the overall inventory status.
Cons
One limitation is that the data you enter cannot be explored in much detail. We really wanted the option to export all of it so we could filter and analyze it based on our own needs and make the work easier but unfortunately that is not possible.

“Inventory tools worth every penny”
Pros
For the price, it comes with an impressive set of inventory management tools. The Amazon integration works really well too and it keeps everything synced without much effort.
Cons

“affordable and accessible dashboard”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated is that the pricing is affordable and entering items into the system is very easy. The dashboard is also organized in a way that makes sense right away so it is simple to understand and use.
Cons
A downside for me is the restriction when trying to change an item that already has a stock number tied to it. Any editing limitations in general are frustrating. I also wish it included manufacturing orders so I could do a better job tracking my work-in-progress inventory.

“Everything connected perfectly”
Pros
Getting the hang of this software was very quick and it performs really well. All the key areas are connected in a way that keeps operations flowing nicely, whether it's stock, sales orders, purchase orders, shipments and more.
Cons
There are just a few small things I still miss, like being able to filter stock by a specific warehouse location, for example.

“accessible tools and handy integrations”
Pros
The platform feels fairly accessible to use and gives me a good amount of customization. Having all those integrations with mail carriers and commerce in one place is something I really appreciate.
Cons
The serialization side could be a little more user friendly when it comes to entering data into the system although I understand that's a complicated thing to build and manage.

“Useful but pricey setup”
Pros
It is easy but the pricing really should be bundled with Zoho Books because the standalone cost feels too expensive. The odd thing is that after linking my original Zoho Books organization to this software, there is no option to disconnect it.
Cons
The pricing is high and there is no way to de-link the original organization.

“accurate inventory and zoho books sync”
Pros
Being cloud-based makes it very convenient to access and the inventory accounting is accurate. It also integrates smoothly with Zoho Books which makes the overall workflow much better.
Cons
One thing that bothered me is having to pay separately for this software even after already purchasing Zoho Books. It also takes a bit too long to go through and check the full shipment fulfillment process and I wish it were more customizable so key actions were just a click away.

“Composite item management shines”
Pros
Running a small business, I've had a really smooth and stress-free experience using the this software plug-in for Zoho Books to handle multiple SKUs, monitor inventory and build composite items. Since we're a design brand, a lot of our products are made up of several different components and I honestly haven't come across another tool that manages composite items as effectively as this software does.
Cons
The pricing plans can feel a bit expensive for a small business. That said the free version still delivers a very solid user experience and gives access to all the features, with the only real limitation being the number of items you can manage.
