Zoho apps work beautifully

Pros

Everything feels excellent when all the Zoho apps work together. The support team is consistently quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

Cons

It could use stronger integration with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce and PrestaShop.

very convenient and user friendly

Pros

The interface is user friendly. It also comes with almost all the options you would need.

Cons

One area that needs improvement is customer support. Instead of getting immediate help, we have to leave a message and wait for them to respond and sometimes they call back at an irrelevant time.

affordable shopify integration

Pros

Connecting it with Shopify was very easy. The pricing is affordable and it comes with plenty of features that a small company can realistically afford and use.

Cons

Handling customers who use different currencies is not very convenient. My business is based in Canada, my inventory is in the USA and most of my customers are in the USA so that setup can be challenging.

ebay sync that saves time

Pros

My listings synced over along with orders and customer profiles, basically everything I needed. Out of all the programs I've tried, this has easily been the most time-saving and cost-efficient option.

Cons

There are a lot of apps available which I really appreciate but I'm still unclear on the pricing. I'm not sure whether I can pay for one app at a set price and have it fully work on its own without needing to buy another subscription for a separate service.

Reliable for finished goods

Pros

Getting it up and running is easy and keeping it updated doesn't take much effort. It works well for companies that resell finished goods.

Cons

It's not a very strong fit for manufacturing businesses that deal with a complex mix of raw materials.

smart choice for business growth

Pros

This SMART software has been the right fit for managing the company and supporting its development.

Cons

One limitation is that the software cannot be installed on an office PC or server which means data cannot be stored locally and there is no way to work offline under any circumstances.

Missing bulk photo uploads

Pros

It includes most of the features you would need to run a Shopify store.

Cons

Getting everything integrated is a headache. There's no option to bulk upload product images which honestly makes no sense. If a store carries thousands of products, uploading photos one at a time is completely unrealistic. The onboarding feels disorganized and there aren't any official step-by-step guides that really explain the full potential of the software. Support also seems pretty lost. I spent 24 minutes on a call with a rep just trying to confirm products and it ended up feeling like a total waste of time.

affordable and comprehensive erp

Pros

From a cost-to-value standpoint, this SaaS ERP is one of the best options out there. It's user friendly, quite comprehensive and covers most core business functions in a modern, well-designed way within the software.

Cons

It would be even better if they included more direct integrations with leading third-party applications in the market.

Solid fit for my business

Pros

As a small business owner, this covers most of what I need and the platform is fairly easy to understand.

Cons

The Shopify sync has been unreliable. It took a while to get my products imported and even now my orders still are not syncing properly.

One of the best parts about using Zoho is that it connects with every ecommerce platform I rely on.

Cons

inventory tracking that really delivers

Pros

Being able to connect every store item to invoices and purchase records, with inventory updating automatically, has been incredibly helpful. The flexibility to create composite products is also especially useful for the kind of work we do.

Cons

There are still a few limitations when using the software compared with other options especially when it comes to how transactions can be structured.

Barcode setup is frustrating

Pros

well-organized inventory workflow

Pros

Right from the start, the system felt very well organized and simple to figure out. It covers everything we need from an inventory system.

Cons

A few of the terms and labels used were different from the wording we were used to in our previous product. Because of that, I had to look up what certain things meant a couple of times.

Pros

Inventory management and tracking have been very easy and the system is simple for a small business to work with. It also scales well which has been really helpful for a small non-profit that is growing quickly.

Cons

One challenge is that the background details are difficult to locate and customizing the system to match my business's specific needs can be hard.

Pros

The interface feels clean and the integrations are a strong point especially the shipping integration.

Cons

I really wish there were more integrations beyond Shopify and eBay. A direct connection with WooCommerce would have been much better and I'm not very happy with the Kloud Connector.

inventory features are excellent

Pros

We've been using this software and it has been amazing. Everything we need is available in the inventory section and it supports up to 10 people using it at the same time which is really good.

Cons

After trying both options, the biggest advantages here are the integrations and the fact that the financial package looks much better overall.

Cons

It's hard to delete invoices and items if you ever need to do a full factory reset.

Simple interface and zoho sync

Pros

The interface is easy and simple to work with which makes day-to-day use comfortable. It also integrates smoothly with Zoho Books and that connection has been very useful.

Cons

A few basic features are still missing, such as an item-wise landed cost report. Another limitation is that customization requests are not supported.
