Useful booth and floor plan tools

Pros

Being able to customize booths directly on the floor plan map has been really useful. Another thing I appreciate is having key details readily available on the exhibit dashboard, like the number of pending and assigned booths, balance due, refunds due, cancellations and the sales graph.

Cons

The part I like least is the way the floor plan appears on web pages. It's hard to get a large, readable version of the floor plan centered properly in the middle of the page.

Fully integrated module system

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how well the modules work together, so you can create a single event and have it flow across all the related components. For example, the Conference module also feeds into the Virtual module, Mobile module and Web module which makes the whole setup feel connected.

Cons

Gamification still feels underdeveloped and the Meeting module comes across as clunky and not especially well designed.

Affordable and reliable platform

Pros

The customer support team was outstanding, every person we worked with was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Compared with other platforms, it offers a very similar experience while coming in at a more budget-friendly price.

Cons

Since this is still a newer company, it makes sense that there are a few gaps and internal processes that still need to be refined. Even so, there was far too much information for an outside planner to learn and manage. Our team also had to enter an excessive amount of backend data which really felt like something the IT team should have handled directly. On top of that, it would be very helpful to align and simplify both the information provided and the overall process for planners and speakers.

Time saving event management solution

Pros

Planning our last large employee event took a lot less time and cost much less thanks to this tool. Organizing events is not only very time-consuming but also pretty complicated and this platform really helped simplify that. The reporting was clear and easy and we were able to integrate it with our internal tools and software without much trouble. It keeps all the planning details and stored information in one place, so you do not have to manage everything manually. It honestly removes a lot of the hassle and inconvenience from the whole process.

Cons

The built-in templates could definitely be improved and they should not rely on such outdated designs. Other than that, the tool has been excellent.

Flexible reporting and helpful dashboard

Pros

Reporting has felt strong and flexible in my experience and I find the dashboard clear and easy to follow. The support team has also been incredibly helpful whenever I've needed assistance.

Cons

Customization often depends on support, they do an excellent job and can handle it for you but it can be difficult to work out on your own at times. The lack of a how-to guide is probably the most frustrating part. The onsite staff are very helpful with setup, reporting and troubleshooting but they do not provide actual registration assistance for attendees.

Pros

Navigating the software has been very easy for me and I can access everything without any difficulty whenever I need it.

responsive support and flexible setup

Pros

In my experience, getting around the product has been fairly easy and having a responsive product specialist has been a huge help. I also really value the quick replies I get through the ticketing system and the level of control I have over the registration site.

Cons

Where things get frustrating is on the accounting side, especially when it comes to troubleshooting. Since it's our merchant account running through your system, there seems to be a gap in how much support can actually be provided. When someone gets a payment processing error, I usually have to go back to that person for more information, then loop in IT and then have my accounting team check with the merchant account provider. I don't really have a solution for it but the process is definitely frustrating.

helpful registration

Pros

Using both attendee and exhibitor registration tools has made things much easier for me and I've also had a very positive experience with the IT staff whenever support was needed.

Cons

One challenge with the exhibitor side is that a booth has to be assigned before payment can be collected. Since we assign booths based on priority points, that process takes time which makes it difficult. Our exhibitors usually want to pay right away rather than waiting a month until we're ready to assign booth spaces.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how the system retains information from year to year which makes ongoing work much easier. I also find the duplicate email restriction helpful in keeping data clean.

Cons

There are times when the software doesn't save the information that's entered, so it has to be typed in again a second or even third time. Also, uploaded details don't always carry over from year to year which makes attendee registration less convenient than it should be.

From my experience, everything is well organized in the software, so moving through it feels smooth. Instant reporting is helpful too and I've found customer service very responsive whenever issues come up.

Cons

One downside is that the floorplan and dashboard features still have too many bugs. That said, once those problems are reported to the team, they usually fix them pretty quickly which is definitely a strong point.

Getting started with the platform was very easy for me and I've found the support team extremely helpful with training and setup. I like that I can either build events myself or work closely with their team.

Cons

System is built around templates which makes sense for rolling out this kind of solution to a large number of users. That said, they're still open to customizing certain elements as long as the requests are reasonable.

Our team uses this platform for all parts of our conferences and I've found it extremely helpful to have everything in one unified system, from registration to virtual event management.

Cons

powerful conference submission platform

Pros

From my experience, this software covers almost everything needed for managing a call for papers process. I find the submission process simple and I really value the tools that help reduce bias and automate reviewer assignment.

Cons

The only downside is that there are no automatic email notifications aside from the confirmation message sent once a submitter completes their final submission.

While this software did handle everything I needed, I found it a bit harder than expected to locate some tools, although I did appreciate having registration and vendor management in one place.

Cons

Dashboard is really poor and not simple whatsoever. It also felt like their team had little concern about improving an interface that is clearly not user-friendly.

In my view, this software feels best suited for entry-level users, especially those just starting out after school or college.
