One thing I really appreciate is how much data this platform can handle, along with the built-in registration functionality. The analytics side is also very useful, especially when it comes to sponsorship tracking and insights.

Being able to connect it with our database and tailor the registration paths for different users has been a big plus. It's also nice that the website and exhibit floor plan are included in the package and I really value how it tracks the exhibitor passes each exhibitor is allowed to use and has already used.
Cons
Overall, most parts of the system work very well. There's definitely a learning curve at first but the training and customer support are outstanding. If you've worked with programming an AMS or other registration platforms before, you'll probably appreciate the level of detailed control it offers.

Handling registrations and check-ins has felt very aligned to me and I like how the Exhibitor Service Center can be customized to keep everything in one place.
Cons
A few features still need to be updated through customer support, although that seems to be improving every day and we're getting more options to make edits right away.

During a high-pressure event with a tight deadline, I saw how valuable the platform and support team were. They helped me quickly build everything from floor plans to payments and whenever changes came up, I was able to update things on the fly with their help.
Cons
One area that could be better is the exhibitor workflow. It would help if exhibitors could move through each required section more simplely and have a simpler way to download their receipts.

Keeping everything within a single platform has worked really well for me, especially with the flexibility to customize it based on my workflow.
Cons
Even with all that flexibility, the meetings module and the housing module still need quite a bit of improvement. The meetings section is not very simple and feels repetitive which makes simple tasks take longer and requires too many clicks. The function sheet reporting also doesn't match up well with what some competing products provide. On the housing side, managing multiple hotels is difficult to track and that part of the system doesn't feel as customizable as I would want.

Managing logistics has been much easier since all the information sits in one system. I also find the reporting features very useful and having a supportive customer service rep has made a big difference for me.
Cons
One frustration is that A/V data can't be carried over from one year to the next. There are also some more complicated parts of the system that our team would never be able to sort out on our own, so we end up depending heavily on our customer service rep to guide us through those areas.

Getting started with the product has felt very natural because the interface is simple and the modules are easy to use. We're still in the process of learning the full range of modules and figuring out how they fit into our broader plan but it's clearly a very powerful system with a lot to offer. What really makes it stand out, though, is the team behind it. Every representative we've worked with across the different modules has been outstanding. The ticketing system is also highly effective and it's always been simple to reach someone who can resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Cons
My only concern at this point is making sure all of the modules we're using work well together. This may be a bit early to judge but I do want to confirm that the meeting module, for instance, integrates properly with the other modules.
