Pros

From start to finish, the customer service, on-site support and functionality have been excellent. It has worked as a complete all-in-one solution for our event management needs and the whole service gives both our staff and attendees a very professional experience.

Cons

At times, we have to rethink the best strategy and the options available for our multi-layered events. Since we are a large umbrella event with many entities, there are a lot of moving parts and layers involved. Because of that complexity, we occasionally need to adjust our structure which can lead to minor delays.
