The platform is incredibly user friendly and simple to navigate. Plus it works perfectly for free events to gather registrations and I would definitely use it for paid ones too because it's so hassle-free.

Cons

I decided to stop using it for my charity fundraiser because their fees are significantly higher than other platforms which reduces the total amount we can raise.
