The website is very well-organized which makes entering our information easy. The whole process is fast and only takes a few minutes. I also like that you get a confirmation email right away and can add the event to your phones calendar with just one click.

I get a lot of emails advertising other events which can be annoying. Also the website might be difficult for people who are not good with computers and might need help when they first start using it.

It is a shame that some events don't use this platform. As I feel like it would be so much more convenient if they did.

Being able to set the search to just my local area is great for finding things close by, instead of seeing stuff from all over the country. The today filter is also perfect for last-minute plans as it shows you what is still available. And having both paid and free options is a nice bonus and it is cool that they promote the free ones too.

I honestly do not have a single complaint. I really like that they have free events so not everything requires a payment.

It is a really simple platform to use, it gets our event seen by a lot of people and handling tickets is very adaptable. You also get built-in promotion tools and some seriously detailed reports on how things are going.

The commission fees can be pretty steep for paid events and you need a premium plan to access some of the more advanced tools.

We sometimes run into trouble with QR codes not scanning though thats usually because of the attendees phones or how they are displaying the ticket.
