My biggest frustration was the customer support, which was really unhelpful. On top of that, the website never felt fully secure, which always made me a bit uneasy.

To me the layout can feel a bit cluttered at times making it harder to find what I am looking for.

Browsing the massive list of events is easy when we can filter by type and area. There is always a ton to choose from and signing up for anything is a quick process.

You often see the same event listed multiple times with different images which is confusing. Also it is unclear if the platform cannot tell they are duplicates or if it is intentional. And for international events, I feel like it would be helpful if the site made the currency conversion more obvious so you are not surprised at checkout.

I've found Eventbrite to be incredibly user-friendly. Their free tools are powerful for promoting events and managing tickets, which is perfect for our corporate planning. I also love how seamlessly it connects with our social media accounts.

The interface is not the most simplest initially and it takes some time to learn where everything is and how all the tools work which can be challenging for new users.

Setting up an event is so simple which is a massive help. Plus being able to schedule and promote it using the built-in automation is fantastic. That set it and forget it feature lets me concentrate on other important details.
