Pros
It is a great tool for managing the entire event process from the initial planning stages to the actual day. The design is also smart and user-friendly, making the whole experience very simple and enjoyable.
Cons
The software does not give me any problems, it performs perfectly for all the tasks I need to do in my role.

“efficient but could be more automated
Pros
This is an effective platform for managing tickets and events. Our team uses it for training sessions because it can automatically send email reminders and updates to everyone who registers.
Cons
It would be a huge help if it let us save default settings so we do not have to re-enter the same info every time. Another feature I need is for the event description to automatically populate the email templates, saving me from all that copying and pasting.

“A great event finder
Pros
My favorite thing to do is look for fun local events on the weekend. There are so many choices like nature walks, comedy shows, food festivals and craft markets.
Cons
One of my biggest frustration lately is that the app constantly crashing with a "Something went wrong" error after about five minutes of use. I have to force-close it and then I lose all my recent searches and filters. Fixing this bug in the iOS app would make the experience so much smoother.

Getting group tickets for our company outings is pretty easy.
Cons
The service fees feel quite high which seems to be the standard for every ticketing company out there. It always makes the final price at checkout significantly more than the listed price.

Publishing an event is simple and we can include all the necessary information. The main dashboard gives us a clear overview of everything and setting up my event was a hassle-free experience.
Cons
Finding my way back to my own events is not very easy. I also ran into trouble trying to change a no refund policy to allow transfers.

It is great being able to promote my events on a platform that everyone knows and trusts. Another plus is how well it connects with all the different social media sites I am on.
Cons
Setting up the event page can be a little tricky sometimes especially when we are trying to get the images sized correctly and all the details in the right place.

I love using Eventbrite to discover what's happening in my area. Finding local events is so simple and reading the details and securing my spot is a totally easy process.
Cons
It covers almost everything I need to know about an event but it often leaves out specific parking instructions which would be really useful.

Cons

Buying tickets for anything, whether it is to see a favorite performer, a vacation or a day at an amusement park, is so easy. And if there is ever a problem, they provide fast solutions.
Cons
The one thing I am not crazy about is the cost of using the platform. Those extra fees can really add up and get expensive.

Our organization used Eventbrite for a very, very long time even before it became the website it is today. It is a real shame that the company was eventually sold to new owners.
Cons
Ever since the company was sold, the platform's quality has steadily declined each year. Once the prices started going up as well so we had no choice but to switch to a different service.

Cons

The app is super easy to use. I can always find fun things happening near me and I love that it keeps all my tickets in one spot even adding them right to my phone's wallet. It makes everything so much easier when I actually get to the event.
Cons
We ran into a problem ordering tickets for a group. And for a recent conference, it was really difficult to split up the tickets and send them to each individual person. We ended up having to use printed passes because the digital ones did not work for our situation.

Pros
Eventbrite platform has many helpful features that work for any group including small charities like mine. It was hard to find free event options on other websites but this one has them. It is also easy to use. When I look for free online workshops, I just pick a topic, select free and always find many choices.
Cons
We used to charge just �1 for a ticket to make sure people would actually show up. Now, the platform charges us a small fee for selling that �1 ticket. Since we're a charity and we give the �1 back to people, we're the ones who end up paying that extra fee. So now, it actually costs us money to give a free ticket away. It's a bit of a tricky spot but the platform is still the best one out there for what we need.

Creating an event on this platform is very easy. It is also a great app for small organizers. You can start for free and its fees are much lower than other ticket websites. It even gives us professional looking tickets with scannable codes right in the app which makes checking in guests simple.
Cons
The only thing we dislike is that we cannot connect it to a separate ticketing system or spread our tickets across multiple websites.

The process is very beginner-friendly because it guides us through each step of setting up our initial event. You can even add custom questions to collect the specific information you need.
Cons
There is really not much to complain about. I am still on the fence about the AI feature for writing descriptions though. As I am worried it might make every event sound the same.
