Eventpedia Use Cases
Based on our analysis of Eventpedia’s current capabilities, we have identified key scenarios where this software may be a good fit for organizations and teams managing conferences, membership events, and other attendee-focused gatherings:
1. Nonprofits Managing Member-Focused Events
A nonprofit organizing an event may need to keep members and attendees updated while managing schedules, speakers, sponsors, and networking through separate channels. Eventpedia’s branded mobile event app brings these event elements into one app, while its real-time updates allow organizers to send announcements and reminders when plans change. The app also provides personalized schedules, attendee profiles, chat, and private messaging, allowing participants to access relevant event information and connect with other attendees from the same platform.
2. Companies Running Multiple Corporate Events Throughout The Year
A corporate event team managing sales kickoffs, regional roadshows, and client conferences may otherwise need to create and maintain a separate event app for each gathering. Eventpedia’s single-app, multiple-event capability allows the team to run multiple events under one branded app, giving attendees one app for different corporate events throughout the year. The Mobile Content Manager lets the team build and brand each event within the same app environment.
3. Event Agencies Managing Multiple Client Events
An event agency managing conferences for multiple clients may need to create separate branded experiences while working against short launch timelines. Eventpedia’s Mobile Content Manager allows the agency to configure colors, logos, icons, and modules for each client, while several events can operate under one branded app. The platform also connects to client systems and consolidates attendee activity, exhibitor scans, schedules, and post-event reporting within the same environment.

“Affordable for us”
Pros
The pricing landed right in the range we were looking for and it was meant to connect with the different platforms we use.
Cons
Using it felt complex and getting data imported into the system was a challenge. Because of that, we ended up spending extra time re-entering information just to make sure everything was accurate.

“Easy to get started with”
Pros
Getting started as an admin felt a lot less intimidating than I expected because the platform was very user friendly. I was nervous in the beginning but the instructions, along with having a template from the previous year, really helped us pull all the pieces together. Entering everything did take a bit of time but the final result turned out really well.
Cons
It would be helpful to have a spreadsheet template for certain sections so uploading everything could be a little more manageable. There may already be one and we just didn't come across it but it would have been especially useful for things like speaker details and sponsor information.
