Pros
The software is well organized and easy to work with. I can quickly access all of our planning information without having to dig through multiple menus.
Cons
One issue is that changes can happen too easily. If you accidentally select the wrong option, the entire entry may be changed even when you only meant to update one specific item.

The monthly calendar 4.0 makes hour tracking simple.
Cons
Editing hours or days after they've been recorded is a little awkward since every single entry has to be updated manually and the new construction project doesn't carry over for the full day. Also, the planning only allows one construction project to be included per week.
