Using Access Granted Systems has been a really positive experience overall. It has made pool season much more manageable especially when it comes to keeping track of pool passes and there are plenty of resources available whenever I have questions.
Cons

“hassle-free way to distribute pool passes”
Pros
Access Granted Systems is the only pool pass software I use for our community association pools and it's been very convenient for property management while also being simple to work with.
Cons
At the moment, there isn't a way to stop additional guest passes from being mailed if a unit owner or resident adds another pool pass after their application has already been processed although I believe that feature is already being worked on.
