Integrations and helpful staff

Pros

From the transition Cove's team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. They made moving from our previous platform feel simple and smooth. Our tenants and maintenance staff have also had no trouble using it which says a lot about how user-friendly the system is. The Yardi integration has been a major time saver especially for billable work orders.

Cons

We'd really like to see a vendor directory feature similar to what Angus offers. That would be especially useful when managing multiple properties since not every building works with the same landscaper, fire company or other vendors. Having those contacts readily available in the app would make it faster to reach the right vendor especially during emergencies. We'd also love an "all building" or "all property" announcement option like Angus had. Instead of sending the same notice separately to each property, it would be much more efficient to send one memo across the board.

At this point there really aren't any downsides for us. Changing platforms is usually a challenge especially in property management where every minute matters but Cove made the move feel smooth. Their team took care of the hard parts and we only needed to provide the necessary information.
