Scheduling meetings with the right resources is very uncomplicated and the platform feels user friendly when it comes to accessing and viewing content. Sharing scheduled meetings is simple and it's also convenient to see daily, weekly and monthly meetings all in one place.
Cons
Something missing is that when a meeting gets disconnected, there isn't any notification or feedback provided.

Pros
Using it feels simple because the GUI is simple, practical and not cluttered with multiple windows. Scheduling meetings is also quite convenient and doesn't take much effort.
Cons
The setup process is quite challenging and getting the configuration done can be difficult.

“outdated with minimal features”
Pros
Honestly this software didn't offer anything that felt unique. I was expecting a more modern interface but that wasn't the case at all. The UI feels dated and the feature set is limited compared to other meeting tools like Zoom. The only part that stood out in a positive way was the pricing since it is a bit cheaper. Even then, it still doesn't feel worth paying for when you consider how many features are missing.
Cons
One of the biggest problems is how limited the software is. For instance, there's no option to create or manage agendas. The interface also looks outdated and feels confusing to use. On top of that, the software is noticeably slow when launching which makes the overall experience even more frustrating.
