Using the platform has been very logical and the support I get from the principal and the entire tech support team has been consistently helpful. They respond quickly and are always there when I need assistance.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. Whenever I've requested a custom feature, the tech support team either guides me to the right solution, walks me through the process or even builds it for me.
