“easy setup, great reports”

Pros

Getting started took very little time but the pricing was really competitive and the software worked wonderfully overall.

Cons

At certain points, switching between my profile and the event page was a bit confusing to navigate.

“Staff love these tools”

Pros

For an event booking software it turned out to be exactly what I needed. It's user-friendly, reasonably priced and keeps everything neatly organized in one place, from contracts to event records. The layout is clear cut so I can get to what I need fast without any hassle. It has saved me a lot of time when handling bookings and documents.

Cons

More attention to the visual design would help and extending compatibility to include additional software and external applications would be a welcome improvement.

“Speedy help when needed”

Pros

Keeping all my parties in one place has made staying organized much easier. The platform is simple to work with and whenever I needed assistance, help was there right away. The support responded quickly every time and usually had exactly the information I needed sometimes even sending a video which was really helpful.

Cons

Filling in all the template information took quite a bit of time at the beginning but it ended up being worth the effort once everything was set up.
