“Quick learning”
Pros
Learning the ropes came easily and the integration between different areas is truly noteworthy. Within several hours, I had assets, maintenance plans and work orders fully established, all because the environment feels so unified.
Cons
Expect a substantial time investment at the start since setting up asset organization, location entries and preventive maintenance schedules takes heavy data input. Moreover, certain report and KPI tweaking capabilities are off-limits unless you opt for a higher-cost package.

“perfected maintainence control”
Pros
It's been a major plus having every piece of maintenance management housed together in a single, user-friendly system. The ability to trace assets, schedule preventive tasks and view key stats clearly lets me decide quicker and with more certainty. Also, using it on any device really helps out in the field and keeps the communication flowing with our technical staff. Thank you.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit demanding for people who are not used to digital systems. I've also seen that some features depend on having a stable internet connection which can be a drawback in places with inconsistent coverage. Even so, those limitations are outweighed by the operational value the tool delivers.

“versatile and simple”
Pros
Advantage of this software is its cross-industry flexibility, paired with the comprehensive nature of the entire platform. The ease of use for both management-level personnel and frontline workers is also worth pointing out.
Cons
From my perspective, it would be helpful to have a generic user type that shared operator-level roles could use. It would also be useful to allow the same session to stay active on different devices at the same time, such as one on a laptop and another on a cellphone while handling separate tasks.

“mixed feelings here”
Pros
Clean visuals and an easy-to-navigate interface contribute significantly to smoother day-to-day work. We can better coordinate work orders and exercise stronger management over specific equipment within the company. The PM scheduler is especially handy, helping us catch deadlines before they slip. Historical data for every asset is also extremely beneficial, guiding repair strategies, replacement timing and investigations into equipment incidents.
Cons
That said, there are still some points around optimization and configuration that could definitely be better especially in the PC browser version. Equipment can take quite a while to show up, mainly during searches. There are also times when changes are not saved even after clicking the save button. Dark mode does not stay saved either so every time I log back into the account it switches back to light mode. The mobile app performs better overall although navigating on a phone is still harder, not really because of the app itself but because using a cellphone is naturally less practical than working on a computer.

“Amazing improvement overall”
Pros
Gains in asset reliability and reductions in unforeseen downtime are clear benefits from using this system. The UI is approachable enough and having all relevant data unified in one place, with work orders that are simple to draft and send out, ranks among the top perks.
Cons
Advanced capabilities may prove somewhat difficult to pick up early on so expect to invest extra time or seek out supplementary training.

“Love using this”
Pros
Quickly accessible in its usability, the platform also presents a rich selection of customizable features that align with varied maintenance functions and present-day enterprise needs. Its process-enhancing capabilities add another layer of utility, increasing its overall appeal.
Cons
At this point, I haven't come across anything negative since from what I've seen it's a tool that can be applied without much difficulty.

“interface is so modern”
Pros
UI instantly strikes you as contemporary and naturally easy to grasp. It's nothing like those overly stiff platforms that fight you at every turn and navigation across the system is refreshingly simple.
Cons
On the downside, warehouse transfers or inventory reorganization can still take some extra manual effort. Also, serial number control for parts isn't always available or as reliable as it should be.

“One place for everything”
Pros
For us, the biggest benefit has been getting all our maintenance data pulled together into one place with Fracttal One. The system gives us detailed reports and live indicators which takes a lot of the guesswork out of decisions and really helps us map out our day-to-day work better.
Cons
There are moments when the screens take a bit longer to load and that ends up affecting efficiency during day-to-day work.

“Amazing for collaboration”
Pros
Using Fracttal day to day feels very practical and the overall operation is simple. It came across as very user friendly and easy to use for both technicians and planners.
Cons
Since the indicators are universal across tables, the filters become overly expansive and create extra difficulty when navigating search results.

“BI tools are powerful”
Pros
Maintenance planning modules, work order processing and request handling cover regular operational needs effectively. The system also manages article registration in the inventory section competently and the BI reports contribute heavily to monitoring activities and analytical assessments.
Cons
One part that could be better is when there are changes to the database or updates to the names of custom fields, such as Classification 1 and 2 since that can create some inconvenience.

“Engaging and clear classes”
Pros
Classes were presented really well, with clear explanations from the instructor that made everything easy to follow and understand for everyone watching.
Cons
Nothing specific to point out, the lessons were explained clearly and anyone following along could understand what was being presented.

“so well organized!”
Pros
Breaking the modules into video lessons works really well because it keeps questions and forms centralized. If any guidance is needed, you just have to focus on the specific lesson which makes everything more organized.
Cons
Both the live classes and recorded video content progressed faster than I could keep up with, plus the modules are all online. I'm currently waiting on the return of the on-site training option.

“Worth your money”
Pros
Platform's interface gives an instant impression of being basic and easy to work with. It doesn't take long to get the hang of it, the initial roll-out is rapid and as a SaaS cloud product, the price tag seems appropriate for the features included.
Cons
Frankly, I'd like to see an on-premise installation option become available. There's also no standard adapter for connecting to Portugal's main ERP platforms.

“fantastic overall package”
Pros
Top-tier dashboard, together with IoT integration and those striking modules, adds extraordinary value to the entire platform.
Cons
No real drawbacks come to mind so far, as I'm still working through all the different capabilities this platform provides.

“Powerful platform”
Pros
Orientation within the platform is simple enough for beginners who lack any exposure to maintenance systems. You gain a highly accurate view of how to monitor, categorize and rank physical inventory. Additionally, the system allows employees, suppliers and customers to enter requests without leaving the application. It also churns out helpful reports covering performance, cost analysis and work order histories, all of which prove valuable for comprehensive management.
Cons
Even though the interface looks simple and understandable at first, the first few days were still a bit challenging for me. Because it is entirely web-based, it depends heavily on having a stable internet connection and performance can suffer in places with a weak signal. Like most software of this type, it also demands a considerable amount of training time before you can use it confidently.

“glitchy but good”
Pros
Enables me to get through my responsibilities while documenting every step performed across those activities.
Cons
Improvement I'd really appreciate is search fields that activate keyboard input on the first click so I don't have to click again before typing. The platform also restricts me to a single window so I can't keep Requests open in one and Work Orders in another. Switching pages means logging in again and redoing whatever I was working on. Dark mode also fails to stick after logout. Furthermore, there are persistent bugs in Work Order generation, if two users with distinct accounts create orders concurrently, the order number may change unpredictably or the order won't be created at all because the system flags it as a duplicate.

“Everything performs perfectly”
Pros
Bringing information together efficiently makes it much easier to stay in control, support decision-making and improve overall management.
Cons
Dashboard designs are too similar to one another which slows down the ability to quickly locate the data that really counts.

“Hardy tools!”
Pros
There are plenty of useful options available and the platform makes it possible to fully manage physical assets, work orders, history, performance indicators and preventive maintenance planning.
Cons
Not being able to cancel Work Orders is a clear limitation. Beyond that, I'd appreciate more adaptable controls when setting up maintenance orders, customizing individual fields to fit workflows and building reports with finer detail and specificity would be valuable improvements.

“visibility is better!!”
Pros
As soon as a work order is finished, the platform generates a report right away which makes visibility much better when it's time to present the information.
Cons
Technicians cannot view existing work orders tied to an asset, creating gaps in handoff communication. For example, one tech serviced a conveyor belt and logged a damaged wire upon closing the order. Subsequently, another tech arrived at that asset with no knowledge of the wire fault, leading to a redundant inspection and making the entire maintenance process more convoluted.

“AI is actually helpful”
Pros
QR code-based request creation adds real practicality to daily work. Keeping tabs on HH regulation, tracking cost allocation by asset and using the built-in AI helper are all exceptionally valuable tools.
Cons
Part entry could be more efficient and the process of converting requests into Work Orders could involve fewer clicks. Setting up the initial data also needs to be less complicated.
