Ease of use comes through right away with the interface and having real-time access from multiple devices makes day-to-day work much more practical. It also helps reduce downtime caused by unexpected failures, gives better control over spare parts inventory and related costs and scales well for companies of different sizes and industries.

Cons

There is still an initial learning curve for teams that are not used to digital systems. It also relies on an internet connection even though the app does offer offline features and the cost can be high for smaller companies if they do not fully use all the available functions.

It's a practical tool for managing equipment and assets and it helps keep everything under control effectively.

Some of the interface views are hard to read in certain sections. It would be helpful to have an option to increase the font size.

Usability here is excellent and the functions feel very user-friendly. I'd say the platform covers the key requirements well especially when it comes to data loading processes.

Access options could be defined a bit better for new users or for people who still don't have an account but beyond that I really haven't noticed any major downsides.

After getting familiar with it, this maintenance system feels very advanced, practical and genuinely useful. Once you learn how to use it properly, it saves a lot of time.

The demo pages make training harder to follow because the content is limited and doesn't include all the items being shown in the demonstrations.

Adapting the system to our established way of working has been quite easy. We also have a good range of settings to work with which gives us more control over task organization and visit tracking.

Viewing technician visit schedules clearly on a visual calendar isn't possible yet making it easier to assign tasks based on timing and spot open availability. The API also isn't integrated and the pricing for it feels too high.

Mobility stays current and keeps improving the tools in the system which has been a big plus for us. The regular updates let us keep adding modules that actually fit our day-to-day operations and support the way we work.

Designed to operate digitally and that makes sense. Still, while moving from traditional processes to digital ones, it would help a lot if we could print multiple work orders at the same time.

Off the start, the platform felt very user-friendly and well-rounded for maintenance work. It covers a lot and almost everything can be tracked in one place which makes day-to-day management much more convenient.

One thing that feels a bit discouraging is that some features have to be bought separately since not everything is included in the plan we originally contracted for.

Being cloud-based makes the system very accessible and it also brings condition monitoring into the maintenance plan for assets which is really useful.

It's missing an RCM module for maintenance optimization and there's also no module available to record operational events.

After going through the software's available options and features, I can honestly say I haven't come across any disadvantages so far.

Figuring out the pricing is the only missing piece so I'd need to know the cost of using the application before deciding whether that could become a disadvantage. Everything else seems fine since I haven't come across any real downsides.
