“Work orders handled perfectly”
Pros
Managing work orders through Fracttal is easily my favorite part and the interface itself is also very nicely designed overall.
Cons
Biggest criticism of Fracttal One would be its approachable design and the good return on investment it offers.

“I love this!”
Pros
From the very start, Fracttal One caught our attention with its easy-to-use design and clean interface which keeps daily work feeling neat and well-arranged. The system does a great job with work orders by allowing us to create, hand out, track and check in on maintenance jobs without any hassle. On top of that, looking up assets, assigned staff, dates, photos or notes and past work history is all very simple, giving us better grip on our everyday maintenance duties.
Cons
Early on, there's some ramp-up time needed to become comfortable with everything the system offers. Specific configuration options, report generation or file uploads might demand extra effort, notably if your company's data isn't already organized cleanly. Making selected work order features more accessible to newcomers would be a nice improvement.

“Versatile and useful”
Pros
Navigating the software is quite simple and the asset management dashboard provides plenty of adaptability. Onboarding takes a reasonable amount of time, sufficient to go over the majority of the menu and some practical applications without overloading anyone.
Cons
Warehouse oversight and integration with external platforms still present some challenges and unclear spots. Stock control also comes across as not entirely finished in its current state.

“Maintenance made enjoyable”
Pros
Key highlight is the platform's adaptability and how easily it conforms to diverse maintenance scheduling requirements. The interface design also feels easy to use making daily operation much more agreeable.
Cons
So far, I genuinely haven't found any downsides to report. With more extended use down the road, I might be in a position to point out a couple of areas that could use some refinement.

“Great experience overall”
Pros
Straight off, the interface struck me as well-organized and simple to get around. The training component is equally commendable, notably due to the highly capable specialists who stand behind it.
Cons
Zero grievances. I'm still new to the system and right now it looks like a very appealing tool for maintenance management duties.

“Couldn't ask for better”
Pros
Major advantage of Fracttal One lies in its adaptability and the ease it brings to managing various processes. It also proves highly useful for forward-looking planning, work order coordination, scheduling and routine operational duties.
Cons
Currently, I can't point to any disadvantages, largely due to the support group staying on top of any requirements or refinements tied to the platform's performance.

“asset planning interface is top-notch”

Since it operates reliably and follows through on all the capabilities highlighted in its product demonstrations. I have no issues at all.

“resource assignment feature is my favourite”
Pros
Fracttal One has been a standout for me. The resource assignment feature is the part I appreciate most because it's very effortless to use and helps everything flow really well.
Cons
Platform supports multiple Work Orders per machine and allows for two or three technicians on a single intervention. I would appreciate it if Fracttal One could illustrate those relationships with greater clarity down the road.

“Best CMMS out there”
Pros
Coming from an Automated Systems Engineer role, I had the chance to take the Fracttal One CMMS course and got a very good impression of the platform. The user interface is quite self explanatory and it makes configuring and managing Work Orders flexible enough to fit different industries and industrial processes. From a setup and configuration standpoint, it also provides great support for handling orders and reports.
Cons
Fracttal is a very complete and user-friendly CMMS overall. The only part that can feel a bit intimidating is the large number of parameters to configure, along with the different routing options.

“Reliable every time”
Pros
Scheduling both preventive and corrective maintenance at the company where I work is very easy and convenient.
Cons
Occasionally, work orders fail to save correctly if photos are included and the platform tends to lag noticeably during those instances especially on extended maintenance jobs.

“learned fracttal fast”
Pros
Instruction on utilizing Fracttal's features was top-notch, clearly showing how these tools lighten the workload and minimize operational interruptions.
Cons
Attendees had very few opportunities to interact and the agenda left little to no time for fielding questions while the class was running or afterward.

“Mobile tracking is fantastic”
Pros
Approachable interface and excellent phone app make a clear difference. Service techs can handle work orders instantly from the field, improving coordination and doing away with manual paperwork. How asset status gets shown is also very plain and easy to keep up with.
Cons
Setting up highly customized reports can take some time to learn at the beginning. It would be even better if there were more predefined templates available for certain industries.

“combined control and security”
Pros
All functions are accessible with one click, preserving order across the whole process. Tool tracking for sign-outs and returns is much simpler, I stay current on performance metrics and my documents are stored with strong protection in place.
Cons
From time to time, repeated system issues come up and they end up causing delays because they take quite a while to get resolved.

“Mobile access is key”
Pros
Mobile accessibility across various devices adds considerable value and every section of the platform remains simple to work with.
Cons
Here's a frustration, if you don't save or edit an active order, all the information you've already input disappears, meaning you have to key it all in again.

“centralized + powerful”
Pros
Best things about Fracttal is how it brings several processes together and nicely integrates them within a single platform. It helps manage areas like operations, warehouse and reporting in a much more organized way which makes it easier to keep better control of information and improves coordination across different maintenance processes.
Cons
UX improvements could still be made in certain areas. While some parts of the platform are simple enough, others feel more difficult to figure out or less logical in their flow. Expanding the support documentation to address more features and real-world situations would also help newer users solve problems on their own.

Pros
Off the bat, the software appears sleek and manageable. It packs everything you need and the UX is constructed so logically that using it comes across as instinctively simple.

“Modules are versatile”
Pros
Something that really works well is how versatile the system modules are. For example, there are several options to choose from in Work Orders, such as text fields, Yes or No and others.
Cons
Not really anything pecific felt broken but the application appeared to lag somewhat in computing MTTR and MTBF figures whenever an asset entry was altered.

Pros
Immediately, the platform felt very accessible and simple to use. It makes managing assets and maintenance much more efficient which saves time and helps the team be more productive.
Cons
Barely any complaints from me so far. The sole suggestion I have is that minor improvements could still be made but overall the system works reliably and delivers on everything it offers.

“fast and friendly”
Pros
Top to bottom, the system is easy to navigate and the tech support group reacts fast across all scenarios. Their willingness to pitch in, team up and supply consistent post-resolution updates is always on display.
Cons
Removing the company logo from Fracttal One is something I'd definitely want to undo. It gave the interface a much more polished look and I'm confident our comments on this are valuable and should be factored in.
