Setting up a Task Plan proves extremely useful, notably because the system can autonomously issue Work Orders from unfinished tasks.

Cons

Glitch I've come across where dates on certain active Work Orders shift backward. A daily Work Order, for example, is meant to advance to the next calendar day but it keeps resetting to previous dates.

Operating this system feels easygoing and logical and that contrast with previous maintenance software I've used is substantial.

It would be even better with more specific tools aimed at maintenance overall, along with a wider variety of impactful graphs.

Working within the platform feels logical and unforced, streamlining the administration of assets and work orders while maintaining strong visibility into maintenance trails.

The platform makes data visualization very easy and it helps me quickly spot exactly where a problem is happening. I can also track my employee travel costs along with inventory expenses which gives me a much clearer view of operations.

Excel-based data upload functionality would take this to another level, it would speed up and simplify the process of importing personnel, labor details and other records. So I think that is something that could be added.

Adapting to the application's installation and configuration came easily. Following some initial practice, we were comfortable using it solo and didn't lean on anyone else for assistance.

Small downside is that images with a white background are a bit hard to watch on YouTube. They look somewhat washed out and can become tiring on the eyes but aside from that, everything worked flawlessly.

Editing isn't allowed after an item is completed. That said, I fully appreciate that these are audit-sensitive records so confirming all information ahead of time is the right call.

One thing Fracttal does really well is the amount of information it can store. It works as an excellent database and lets you pull up whatever maintenance data you need.

The weak point is the way information is displayed. Even though Fracttal stores a lot of data, I still can't see all the details I need directly within the platform.

Working with this software is notably simple and having such a broad array of indicators at your disposal is a clear benefit. The HR-to-finance integration is also exceptionally well executed.

Free or demo version of Fracttal One has notable boundaries. Unfortunately, there are still companies that won't allocate funds to maintenance and that reality keeps putting the PCM in a tougher spot.

No isolated login for training or trial runs which limits the ability to test menus and learn the product thoroughly beforehand. Having that capability would be essential for safe, informed use in live operations.

A big plus is the variety of resources available which does an excellent job of keeping maintenance administration well organized.

Creating a preventive Work Order felt a bit more complicated than expected since it involves a larger number of steps though I believe that will get better with practice.
