Fast and agile performance makes everything in the program very simple to use, with windows and tools that are quick to locate. It feels visually appealing as well.

Can't point out any challenges have come up during my use of the platform. I haven't run into any difficulties with the operations and being able to download a demo is a nice way to get started.

This has been an excellent tool for maintenance management especially because it lets us handle both work orders and warehouse operations in one place.

I'm only getting started with Fracttal, I can't really point out anything I dislike yet because I still need more time to get familiar with the platform.

Users notice the versatility of the software immediately and the interface is very user-friendly as well. They also offer quick usage guides which helps a lot. Once the AI feature is released, consulting questions should become much faster than it is at the moment.

There have been some issues when converting reports to PDF in letter size. Also, building a more advanced setup within the software requires linking several assets together.

Overall, I've had a very good experience with the platform. It's easy to work with, performs well on mobile and makes handling work orders and assets more convenient with QR and NFC.

Android uploads can be slower than expected, while customization is somewhat limited for a few reports.

Bringing maintenance and asset management together on a single platform is a major advantage. The system also offers several ways to view information, whether through lists, Kanban boards or timeline diagrams making upcoming work orders much clearer to track. Another valuable point is the use of IoT devices since they can automatically trigger tasks which is excellent for detecting failures early.

Cons

Meter information visible directly from Fracttal Sense is still something I would like to see, along with the ability to display all Fracttal Sense variables within the same graph or visual.

Detailed repair records are easy to maintain and the clear audit trail makes it possible to track each step of the process.

My issue with it is that the database still permits inconsistencies, like assigning a part from machine A to machine B in maintenance plans and other sections where that should not be allowed.

Onboarding with this software is very easy and simple to understand. It's completely cloud-based which makes access convenient and the constant asset monitoring is a big advantage. I also appreciate being able to generate detailed reports for just about everything.

The biggest hassle is the initial data entry when setting up the software. On top of that, the BI data presentation feels quite basic and adding photographs still has to be done manually.

Certain modules require an extra fee to unlock full functionality. Since the system includes multiple modules and advanced reporting features some users also need initial training to get comfortable with it.

Tracking completed tasks by the person in charge gives me a clearer view of each technician's abilities and it also helps me set and design better standards.

The dashboards in the technical analysis area are a bit too complex for management. It would help if they included an explanation of the formulas behind the graphs.

Recordkeeping of tasks and subtasks is very well handled and it makes it clear what needs to be completed for the main task. It also gives good visibility into all the activities involved in each task which helps a lot with organization and follow-up.

Access is still limited depending on the user profile. Right now, not every profile can use different activities and we only have access to work orders. It would be much more useful if technicians had more options available.

Does a really nice job of making task scheduling concepts simple to present and understand and the execution side is just as uncomplicated. The educational value stands out especially when explaining how scheduling works in practice.

Subtask generation could be automated when creating multiple tasks. It should also support loading more than one task at the same time.

Missing from the system is an alert before the meter reading or maintenance indicator reaches its limit so there's no way to stay on top of the cycles or prepare supplies ahead of the task.
