The interface is user friendly but not very aesthetically pleasing. They should try to make it look more modern and keep the software more current by adding more new features.

“excellent reporting”
Pros
It's a practical data management tool, with very useful modules and a user friendly setup. The latest addition to the platform, the reporting feature, seems excellent to me.
Cons
At the beginning, the software integration was slow and somewhat confusing. I believe any program can always be improved and neither M Risk nor we users have fully taken on that task yet.
