“Great for tracking building performance”
Pros
I really like the Measurement & Verification (M&V) feature. It does a really solid job of tracking building performance accurately while factoring in the variables that can affect energy consumption. The dashboards are also very flexible and quick to put together so it's easy to move from a broad portfolio view into much more detailed analysis when needed. On top of that, the metering setup interface feels user friendly and efficient which saves a lot of time when configuring assets and keeping everything managed properly.
Cons
Cost can be a sticking point especially when compared with some other options on the market. For smaller portfolios, it may feel like a fairly significant investment. The feature set absolutely makes sense for larger or more complex estates but for organisations with lighter energy management requirements, the value for money case can be harder to justify and the barrier to entry feels higher.

“flexible reporting options”
Pros
Right away, the wide range of customization options on the platform has been a big plus. Customer support is consistently responsive and whenever I have questions, I get answers quickly. The system is easy to use and the user manuals make the learning process much easier. On top of that, the reporting features are very helpful and do a solid job of supporting our clients' needs.
Cons
Timeout settings would be better with more flexibility for users who need longer session periods. The graph color settings could also use a better interface especially one that lets you make changes while in graph mode without losing your existing edits.

“impressive dashboards”
Pros
Using this platform has been a really positive experience mostly because of how user friendly it is. Putting together comparison graphs is easy, the regression models can be built quickly and the dashboards look excellent. It comes with some really strong features and has become my go to energy platform. MRI also keeps pushing forward with new ideas and continued innovation.
Cons
Over the past few years though, it has turned into a costly option and that's making us consider other providers. I'd also love to see energy budgets handled across multiple years or at least be able to copy them from one year to the next instead of rebuilding them from scratch every year.
