Pros
Really comprehensive software with a lot of configuration possibilities. I still haven't had the chance to test everything yet which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
Cons
At first, it's kind of difficult to use and feels too complicated. It does so much that it can even feel like a bit too much but on the brightside I still have plenty left to explore in the software.

“all equipment in one place”
Pros
Having all the equipment brought together in a single tool is really convenient.
Cons
The extraction process and repeated data entry are frustrating. For example, you have to complete a user form and then make another separate list for maintenance alerts.
