“outstanding workspace management platform”
Pros
Right from the start, it has offered an excellent range of features while still being very simple to use from an end user perspective. New roadmap items have been delivered on schedule and sometimes even earlier than expected which says a lot about how well the product is managed. The instant sync between Offision, M365 and the connected hardware works really well and the wide selection of modules makes it possible to build a complete workspace management and smarter workplace solution. Support has also been excellent, the Knowledge Base is very helpful, free trials are available and the platform is simple to roll out as a self configurable solution with very little involvement needed from IT. It is also a big advantage that the platform is hardware agnostic.
Cons
At this point, I have not come across anything about the platform that I dislike.
