“flexible application”
Pros
Getting up to speed with it is quite simple which makes independent use very realistic. I also appreciate the flexibility and the range of available applications. Having an IT environment ready to use without needing to worry about updates and other maintenance tasks is a real plus.
Cons
The downside is having to wait for an expert to configure the data hub according to our specific needs.

“Easy switch to Opinum”
Pros
Switching over from our previous tools to this Hub was very easy. The calculated variables and, above all, the R language integration open up almost unlimited possibilities for what you can do. On top of that the documentation is clear, detailed and complete.
Cons
During day to day use, the push API can be confusing. For example, when you try to push too many data points, the API still returns HTTP 204 but the request is actually rejected or ignored without any warning to the user. There's also a delay sometimes lasting several minutes, between sending the request and seeing the new data points appear through api.opinum.com/data or in the user interface.
