“helps us make better use of every space”
Pros
Running our organisation's car parks has become far more efficient with this and it has saved me a huge amount of time and admin. After using it for the last few years, it has proved incredibly valuable by giving me full oversight and control of our parking spaces. Our staff have taken to the app very well because it's easy to use, letting them share assigned bays, book parking ahead of time and even open the gates in just a tap or two. Another big advantage is how it helps us make better use of every space. When staff parking isn't fully used, we can release those spots to the public and bring in extra income that helps cover lease costs. All in all, this software has noticeably improved the way we manage parking and given us a much more professional and efficient way to maximise our resources.
Cons
One challenge we had was that our spaces are located in a shared car park used by other businesses and nearby residents which led to regular issues with people parking where they shouldn't. After we raised this with their team, they supported us by putting an enforcement service in place. That service monitors our allocated spaces and issues warnings to anyone using them without permission. Since it was introduced, the number of problems and complaints has dropped significantly and I no longer have to spend hours dealing with those situations myself.

“affordable with plenty of spots”
Pros
There are usually plenty of parking spots available around the places where I need to park which makes the service really convenient. It also seems to be one of the most affordable parking options compared to others. The car parks feel secure and the app is simple to navigate while also looking clean and visually appealing.
Cons
Using the service has been a very positive experience overall and I haven't run into any problems at all.
