“Easy to book a space”
Pros
Having everything related to parking handled in a single app has been really convenient. Linking my account with PayPal made the setup quick and simple. I can book a space in advance without any difficulty, save the car parks I use most often and switch the vehicle I'm driving right in the app whenever I need to.
Cons
A challenge comes up when someone is parked in my space. It can be hard to report it through the app because the underground parking area doesn't have enough Wi Fi. I know that isn't really the app's fault though.
