“paperless tracking that pays off”

Pros

Switching to this software got rid of stacks of binders and paper notes which has made a huge difference for us. We can pull up part maintenance records for our equipment quickly instead of digging through paperwork. Being able to see exactly how much has been spent on each piece of equipment is also incredibly useful and helps a lot when planning the budget for the next fiscal year.

Cons

My only real criticism is that customization could be more user friendly and more accessible for the end user.
