“easy to use reporting feature”

Pros

Everything about the software feels thoughtfully built and the way each entry is handled is very user friendly. It lets us capture all the information we need to create detailed, comprehensive reports for our clients. The desktop data manager is easy to work with and there have even been times when we entered entire surveys through that portal instead of using our Android based PDA. That has been especially useful for clients with strict security rules that do not allow electronic devices or cameras. On the rare occasions when something has gone wrong with data collection, logic processing or the handheld device, the support team has been excellent and every issue has been resolved quickly.

Cons

Mobile app works really well but the desktop data manager seems to be more of a one size fits all setup for all the report types PocketSurvey offers. Because of that, there are buttons and options visible in the software that we do not actually need for our workflow. I would also really like to see a solid re survey option that can make better use of data that has already been collected.
